Worked very well with me and were extremely helpful. The pricing was also quite reasonable when I asked about it and they completely removed the old flooring and disposed of it for free to all of my best desires and they did my flooring install in under 2 weeks! Great work from Helei, definitely recommend read more

Helei was amazing to work with. She and her team installed my quartz countertop, and they were always on time, professional, and incredibly detail‑oriented. The quality of their work was outstanding. I recently got my floors from Floor Gallery, and I highly recommend them. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and the main reason I chose Floor Gallery. He is extremely knowledgeable and has immense patience to explain the entire process. There are very few salesmen who are not pushy and genuinely think about the customer--Jimmy is one of them. Instead of encouraging impulsive decisions, he always reminded us that these are significant investments and we should take our time. Jimmy provided multiple samples for us to take home to ensure they worked well in all lighting conditions. At one point, I decided to go with luxury vinyl and even gave my check to place the order. Sensing my hesitation, Jimmy suggested I take another day to reconsider. Not surprisingly, I changed my mind and opted for engineered hardwood instead. Jimmy restarted the whole process of providing samples without any fuss. Ultimately, I ordered engineered hardwood, but Jimmy's excellent support didn't end there. He guided me through the installation process with my contractor, advising on the type of glue to use and common mistakes to avoid. There was absolutely no need for him to do that, but that is what separates him from everyone else. Floor Gallery, with Jimmy's exceptional service, made this experience smooth and stress-free. Great value and Highly recommended! read more

Helei and team are awesome. Helei remodeled my master bathroom. She has very good team, each one expert in their own area. Although she owns a store but never pushed to get things from her store only. She also had a great eye for interior designing and is very pleasant to work with. She takes time to understand what you need and then gives you the best suggestions and ideas. I would highly recommend her. Attached are the picture of before and after remodeling the bathroom read more

John was very professional and extremely kind and patient when it came to our flooring. He understood what we wanted and what concerns we had. Pricing was great and very competitive. Our carpet upstairs and down stairs looks amazing! However I knocked off a star because I feel the workers rushed through our vinyl flooring (it being a Saturday) and we found some corrections that needed to be done. Told john and he was very attentive to our concerns. His installers were not. They said it's not their fault our floors were uneven. And when we notice a lift in the wood, they said there's nothing wrong with it. I feel they seemed annoyed that we wanted them to come back to fix things we found afterwards. So disappointed in that. If you hire them be sure to pay attention to the details like every knack and corners and understairs etc. Overall we are satisfied with our flooring. But we regret not being more attentive to the details. read more

Extreme communication breakdown. Nobody in the store could answer my questions. They just wanted to sell me something....

The baseboard was installed not painted it looks ugly some areas are messed up . I had just put new baseboards in the living room and they just threw them away. I can't afford to get them painted or replaced. The flooring itself is ok just a little darker than I thought but the kids picked the color, 4stars on the floor 1star on the baseboard. read more

We had very bad experience with Helei. She has taken our money but didn't finish all the work as promised. Also stopped responding to messages and phones. Her estimates are bit higher than others. Some of the work she did had very poor quality. Many times she contradicts what she has promised to us and behaviors were very rude. Our 2 cents, Better to stay away from her if you can Helei from floor gallery is just a sales manager. Stay away from floor gallery. read more

Eli and team are the best. I had a water damage in our kitchen and needed to replace existing laminate floors with luxury vinyl planks. Eli gave us the best price and a superior quality product. She even guided us in choosing the product color based on the current trend and also matching to our wall colors. I was looking for immediate installation and Eli was able to get it installed in 2 days. Ashley at the store was very helpful. Efrain and his installation team did a remarkable job and floors look very nice. read more

This place is great. I had a small job to complete to reface a brick fireplace with some faux/stone. The selection here is fantastic with elegant pieces of all shapes and sizes. It is far better than a big box store or you can really find unique tile and marble materials and make the job turn out special. I was impressed how much they were trying to save me money, arrange for shipping along with other orders to get the materials in on time. Three tiles cracked on the shipment which is was of no consequence to me because I had a lot of cut pieces too fit around the mantle., However, they had me replacements in just a couple of days even without me asking.. Communications were smooth the price was right and the service is fantastic. read more

The Floor Gallery sourced and installed a carpet runner for our recently remodeled stairwell. The entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. The company representative (Jimmy) was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, honest and highly professional. The product arrived and was installed per our expectations. The installer did an outstanding job (attention to detail, overall quality, cleanup, etc.), as well. Very easy to do business with, and fairly priced, we highly recommend The Floor Gallery for all home remodeling purposes. read more

They installed my floor . I like the floor but not the baseboard because it was not finished. It was primed and does not look good. I had nice new baseboards before painted less than 3 months old . Don't let them put unpainted baseboards it's to hard to paint them.you have to pull them off and then paint. I'm not happy. I'm a senior citizen and can't do this myself. Now I'm going to find a person to do it. read more

After getting quotes from many places to redo our kitchen and estimates of over 6 weeks to complete the job, we stopped by the Floor Gallery because we knew we at least wanted the flooring from them (the rest of our house has flooring from The Floor Gallery). Eli came to our house that night to measure and give us a quote. And then the kicker, told us she could have it all done in two weeks. I was skeptical, to say the least. True to her word, our kitchen was done in two weeks and it's beautiful. Her assistance in picking out a backsplash and giving guidance on what would look good together was so helpful. She is very professional and great to work with. Thank you so much Eli! read more

Helei undertook the project of remodeling our entire house. Despite delays in permits, she finished it in record time for us and we couldn't be happier. Her expertise and years of experience in interior design were evident with the clean, open floor plan she designed for us. Additionally, she also took care of our landscaping. If you have ever seen any of those home renovation shows(think Property brothers, Flip or Flop), that's exactly the kind of magic she did on our house..thank you! read more

We worked with Helei on fully remodelling our first home, and it was an amazing experience - her company acted as a general contractor and at the same time a one stop shop for choosing and ordering all the materials, from floors to faucets and handles. Our project took a while because of huge delays in permit processing by the city, and we appreciate the patience and resilience Helei brought to the process, working with the architect and city officials on getting our structural changes approved. We're also very glad that Helei advised us to not buy an IKEA kitchen and order it from her partner company - the quality of the cabinets is really way better than IKEA, and we worked personally with the kitchen designer she provided to us. I know that we're probably not the easiest clients, since we really wanted to have lots of things done perfectly, so I'd like to thank Helei and all the people who worked on our project for their patience, understanding and professional approach to all the details. Will definitely recommend you to our friends :) read more

First off, the customer service is off the charts. Mona is very friendly, knowledgeable, and design savvy. Talk about no pressure. I kept changing my mind and Mona showed me so much patience. She understood how important it was that I get my flooring right. I got to choose from The Floor Gallery's wide selection a laminate flooring. The installers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable, walking me through what needed to be done. I am so happy with the results and the service. Check out my photos. Great local business - that got me a quick estimate on getting new LVT Flooring & carpeting for my home remodel. I am a realtor in the Bay Area and I have worked and known Eli for over 15 years. She is very professional, responsive and best of all she is always on time and schedule for her projects. I asked her recently to help me remodel a home I listed for sale in San Francisco Ca in the Diamond Heights neighborhood and she did a wonderful job with installing new floors, painting, and backlash work in the kitchen. With the timeline we had she worked hard to get the project done in time for us to come on the market. As a realtor its always important to work with a reliable team that will help you present your home listing in the best presentation and get the best first impression for your potential buyers. Eli (or some people call her Helei) will overpromise and underdeliver. She will talk the big talk about what a great designer she is, how she has a large team of workers. All that is overrated or false information. She is just a great smooth talker. I would suggest not working with her at all. But in case, you decide to go with her, here's what you should watch out for: 1) Get a written contract. This may save you from overpromise and under delivery. 2) Never pay until work is completed. Always hold significant amount of money back until work is complete. Ask for an invoice which she will never provide. 3) If you are very inclined, then just buy material from her (which I will admit that she has decent selection) and have your own contractor do the installation. read more

I recently had my bathroom renovated and The Floor Gallery did a great job. I knew what I wanted: Porcelain tile for the floor and also matching tile for inside the shower. They recommended adding a backsplash of mosaic tile and it came out great! I was recommended by a friend I went to school with and it was worth the trip to Fremont (I live in Vallejo) to pick the tile and wallpaper. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of home renovation, especially bathrooms. read more

Helei is very great to work with. She is really amazing. We have worked with her to redesign our kitchen and she has a very good team. Her designer Bhumi is really great and flexible to work with. Helei did complete the work on time. She is very accommodating and very friendly to work with . She has very good eyes so make sure our selections are not going out of bounds. This review has been long over do. We purchased carpet for my parents house and at first working with Elei was a positive experience until the carpet started to fold up. The installation was done poorly and started to fold up after a year in multiple areas of the house (see pictures Of one of the examples). My dad tried to call her multiple times and every time she was too busy to fix the issue. Months went by since we contacted her and I decided to visit the store. Elei wasn't there and I gave the sales associate my business card for her to call me when she returns. As I assumed I never received a call back. Customer service has been terrible. Buyer be aware of their poor customer service. This could of been a very easy fix but the lack of communication and willing to help their customer left a bad taste with this establishment. read more

I highly recommend this family run business for your flooring needs. We are just completing a large remodel which includes replacing all our flooring. As the homeowner, I was responsible for purchasing all my materials and often had difficulty getting honest advice and assistance with design. Mona and Eli were far more helpful than anyone else I had dealt with during construction. And to top it off, they had the best price for the flooring I wanted. I highly recommend you make this your first stop to see what customer service really looks like in the age of the big box stores. read more

Elie provided an excellent service at my home, she helped us change the entire flooring in our home in addition to a complete bathroom remodel. She has a good taste in choice of options and a great vision for the current trends. I would love to work with Elie for any new future upgrades that I plan to do at my home. A full thumbs up for her. The project started and completed in less than 2 weeks, with my previous contractors the work would never complete on time. The pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. What more can you ask for? Way to go Elie for you and your team. read more

The two stars are for the floor not for the service. The following is my horrible experience with the sales there. The measurement the store provided was way off. If you ask them to measure your work, you are looking at 20% of extra material if not more. And keep in mind they charge 65% restocking fee for return. I paid in full two weeks before delivery. But only part of the order arrived on time. The rest was late for more than ONE MONTH. There was no notice in advance about the partial late delivery. And they didn't know how late the delivery would come until I waited for a good 4 weeks. It was hard to reschedule my contractor because of this. They "forced" me to pay a lot for the delivery and when the late order was available, I was asked to pick up the order myself.... Come on... Worse service ever! After a month of delay, they even delivered the wrong thing! And when I found out and called them, I was blamed that I didn't have my contractor on site to check everything for them... The floor gallery doesn't have any responsibility for checking their orders? Over all very disappointed with the service there. After talking to friends with floor experiences, I feel I was treated with dishonest and disrespect at the Floor Gallery. And also found out later that the floor I got from there can be purchased with much lower price in a different store just in Fremont. Be extra cautious if you walk in that store. read more

We were looking to change the flooring of our house and ordered carpet from floorgallery. We went yo their showroom several times and every time their service was Great! They have a wide variety of carpets in their showroom like Mohawk and Shaw along with other well known brands. They helped me choose carpet which suited decor of my home and it turned out just GREAT. We ordered a slightly high end Berber carpet with pattern - we love it. The carpet installers were also very good and we were impressed with their skill and professionalism. They installed the entire carpet in 1 day. Later on the owner told us they have 15 years experience in the business. I even referred a friend of mine and she ordered carpet through floor gallery as well. The quotes were reasonable with no hidden charges or additional charges after installation. I would highly recommend floor gallery for carpet or any other home remodeling project. They're experienced and have expertise in the business. read more

When we bought our first house, it definitely needed a lot of TLC to make it livable. We are so glad that we went with Helei @ The Floor Gallery. The renovations involved touching every nook and corner of the house and was definitely a huge task to undertake during Covid-19. The Floor Gallery was a one stop shop for everything from flooring to kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities which helped reduce the number of trips during Covid-19. Helei also provided us with great design solutions and was very flexible to our constant changes. Her input was very valuable in making the right choices on the color schemes. We were given full freedom to choose the hardware, from bathroom fittings to kitchen cabinet handles. We love the way the house finally turned out. The Floor Gallery (and more specifically Eli) was recently recommended to us by our realtor. We needed to do some pretty major updates and repairs to our home before putting on the market and we needed the work to be done in less than two weeks. Our realtor told us that Eli (from The Floor Gallery) was very fast and reliable. Eli and her team were in fact one of the most efficient and reliable contractors we have ever worked with. Don't let the company name fool you. In addition to installing laminate flooring and carpet Eli and The Floor Gallery installed new cabinets and stone countertops. And Eli's team also painted our homes interior. All of this in 10 days! After these updates to our home we held an open house and the home sold in 4 days. And so from this experience I can highly recommend The Floor Gallery and Eli. read more

We recently completed a major project at our home in Walnut Creek with the team from The Floor Gallery. The project included complete ceiling resurfacing and texturing, removal of old wallpaper and painting, and removal of carpet and installation of hardwood floors throughout the entire home. We were on a very tight timeline to complete this project prior to moving in to our new home and The Floor Galley team was able to deliver a great quality job, while meeting our aggressive timeline. Although we received estimates from several painting, flooring, and general contractors, we ultimately selected The Floor Gallery for two main reasons: 1. Eli, the owner, provided us with assurance that the job would be completed within our aggressive timeline 2. They offered a competitive bid for completing the entire project This was a very complex project yet Eli was able to manage the different work teams so that work was completed with minimal downtime. She stayed connected with us throughout the process and accommodated our requests for minor touch ups once the work was completed. It was a pleasure to work with Eli on this project! It was very exciting to watch as our home was completely transformed by The Floor Gallery team through the course of the project! We would definitely engage The Floor Gallery for future projects! read more

FRAUD ALERT...!!! If i could, I would give this business -ve rating. We ordered kitchen remodeling material from here. Eli was good to us when ordering. And after that she started lying. she lied about delivery dates. and that messed up our schedule with contractors. She lied about what we ordered. We ordered a 36" counter top.She gave us 42" and said that's what you ordered. We had to pay extra to contractor to make it 36". The flooring was delivered out side the house on the road near curb. Nothing was communicated to us before. For picking material they kept telling us, it's San Jose. turns out cabinets were in San Jose but countertops were in Hayward. These are bunch of liars. What ever complain you do to Eli, she replies with "My dear that's how the delivery is done for flooring", "My dear these countertops only come in 42" " , " I didn't say that delivery date My dear". read more
