I can't speak to other office supplies yet, but I do plan to come back next fall for back to school/work supplies. About other reviews-it is definitely in an older building (right in the heart of all of the busy shopping district in Oak Ridge) but no smell that I personally noticed. I will be back!

I purchased some off-brand ink pen refills for my cherished Cross Ink Pen and what I found here was an over-priced substandard ink pen refill that was smaller and did not fit the pen properly. Once I did manage to get it in place in my pen, the ink flowed intermittently. The only thing I can say positive about my experience was that the young lady who waited on me, was neither inquisitive nor oppositional when I brought back the refills. Quality was not good and neither was the value. Their website said they were open at 8:00 and when I got there around 8:15 a.m. the doors were locked and barricaded so I sat in the uncomfortably hot parking lot for that length of time just waiting for a 2-minute transaction. I will not be returning to this store ever again and will be hesitant to ever step into another Staples in a different location. No loves nor likes from me for this company. I tried to leave no stars but of course the website wouldn't allow that!

That made me want to support them even more because this is a local homegrown business. Their prices and speed are extremely competitive too. I had my iPhone X screen and battery repaired/replaced for $150. My daughter's iPhone 6 got a new screen for $55 and her iPad 6 screen was replaced for $100. I know the parts are aftermarket and probably not the same quality as true OEM. But, if you are replacing parts on a phone, why pay top dollar? At that point, it makes sense to just get a new one. I certainly don't like paying for repairs to my devices. But, if you need it, this is the place. Since the staff seem to be vested in the business, they really care. Definitely better than the mall kiosks and other repair shops. Only unusual thing is their storefront is in an office complex down a long interior hallway. I assume it's because the rent is low and they got a lot of space cheaply. But, just know that it's not your usual "retail" location storefront. Overall -- Highly recommended.

He offered a glass and lcd repair for my galaxy note 8 for easily $40-$80 less than any other shops in the area. He had to order the parts, but he got them in just two days! My screen was shattered so badly that glass was falling off and the lcd had a black spot and lines across the screen, but now it looks like it's brand new! I was worried that a screen replacement on a note might make the stylus less responsive, but it works like I just bought it! Great, friendly service that I would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

Instead of leaving the screen they messed up with and giving me a refund. they insisted that there's no way they're techs anything Wrong when very clearly my phone wasn't functioning as they did the screen replacement. All they did was money back and shoot me out the door they did nothing wrong which just doesn't add up. I do not recommend coming here even while I was multiple people had issues with their products. They had us take the Xbox to the store where their advanced repairs are handled and fixed it properly at no additional charge. They also assured me that they would be training staff better so as not to improperly blame customers for damages. Original review: About three months ago, they "repaired" my son's Xbox by replacing the HDMI port. Unfortunately, they failed to secure the port. The reason I know this is that when it failed again and we took it back for repair under their warranty, they claimed that the port was "ripped off the motherboard." After receiving the Xbox from them the first time, we exercised the UTMOST care with that port and didn't even move the console after plugging it in. The only way that port could have been ripped off the motherboard is if it hadn't been secured properly in the first place.
