Took my Note 8 in to have a new screen protector put on. My bad - I thought this place was the same as the place in Cottonwood Mall (CPR) and I was on the east side of town. The Fix slapped on a $26.96 CHEAP THICK plastic cover that was ridiculous to try and use so it cracked in a week due to how hard I was pushing to use my phone! Took it back right away, of course I was told there are no refunds. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE, see the guys at Cottonwood Mall - $8 and it's a nice thin protective film that allows me to actually use my phone! My last one from them lasted 2 years so I'm set for awhile. I have to give nothing but positive feedback from the Fix and hope you'll check it out for your mobile needs. When my screen broke, I contacted multiple vendors. Some never called back and others were closed. An appointment at the Apple store was over a week away. When I called the Fix they were able to accommodate me the same day and gave me a competitive quote over the phone. When I arrived, service was friendly and quick. They had my phone fixed in under 30 minutes. I also purchased a case and screen protection. A few days later my screen stopped responding. I went back and was immediately offered a replacement. We spent an astronomical amount ($264 to be exact) to repair an Apple iPad screen. Upon returning home, we realized that the touchscreen wasn't working (it was before the repair) and the home button was floating inside the iPad (unattached, twisting around with gaps all around it). Completely unusable and I functioning. It's very obvious that they didn't use OEM parts (as I was told they do during the initial repair request). When I went in to have it looked at again, they laughed (literally laughed in my face) and advised me that once I walk out the door, they don't know what I did with it to break it. The female working there said the f-word at me and when I said "oh my god, this is so unfair", the male working there stated "well I don't believe in god so I don't know what you're talking about". That was not acceptable customer service behavior and creeped me out, to be honest. I don't care what your religious affiliation is, but it's not ok to talk like that to a customer. The female called me another horrible name before I finally had to just walk out. Broken iPad in hand. I regret taking it here. I walked in with a small crack. I walked out with a completely useless device. They refuse to stand by the warranty that's stated on the receipt. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this issue. read more

I called 3 shops for my stepdad's iPhone 5 cracked glass and they had the best price ($49) with the quickest turnaround time (15 minutes). He went there the same day and was thrilled with the results. They did a great job. read more

If I could give them a negative star reviews would I'm posting this because the employees at the fix fixed my screen but broke my Touch ID (confirmed by Apple technician) I purchased something using my touch ID five minutes prior to walking into the store & when I went back the next day ,after speaking with Apple, to have them fix what they have broken or give me my money back they pointed to a sign that said no refunds or exchanges and did not give me a phone number to call to give a complaint or speak to a manager they said he was out of town & couldn't give me his personal number. So I went to the mall office and got their corporate number myself come to find out they have messed up almost every screen they have fixed and have a stack of complaints (the mall office told me) Buyers beware! read more

I normally don't do a review but I had to this time. The guys at The Fix Store at West County Mall did a FANTASTIC job on my wife's Iphone. She had accidentally shattered the screen and these guys fixed it in about 15 minutes And it worked great! Talk about fast! They did such an awesome job that I brought in my son's Iphone that needed the screen and the back glass repaired. Again they fixed it in record tim. Talk about great service! This was literally the worst experience of my entire life on this Earth. My friend and I waited in the store for 4 hours while they "fixed" her iPhone. I felt like I was in hell for eternity. STAY AWAY! We were told by an employee at The FIX tonight that no one reads or cares about Google reviews. If you are looking at this you probably care, so please read on for details that will convince you to go elsewhere. We experienced the worst customer service in our lives coupled with a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. Two weeks ago we brought in a phone with a cracked screen for repair. They told us they had to order the replacement screen and it would arrive in a week. We did not hear from them after a week so we called and the woman couldn't find the order. She asked who took the order (Andres) and told us it would take another week. Yesterday we received a call that the glass had arrived, and we dropped off the phone, WHICH WAS WORKING. We asked if it would be done by closing at 7pm and were told yes. At 6:40 pm we went to the store and found the doors closed. We got the attention of an employee who told us the tech had an "emergency" and couldn't work on it, but that it would be ready by 12-1pm today. They did not call today so we called them at 4pm and were told that they could not repair the phone because they could not turn it on. When pressed as to what was wrong we were told that the tech wasn't there and they didn't know anything. We were also told that the tech would not be back until Sunday (4 days from now). When we asked for the owner's name and number they HUNG UP ON US. We went to the store where we received the same story - they knew nothing, but they were quick to point out that their contract states that they are not responsible for damage "caused by the negligence of the fix technician." We asked again for the owner's name and number and the reply was "Jeffrey" but they said they didn't know his last name. They declined to even have him/her contact us. They returned our now non-working phone with a warped back from their worthless repair attempt. The employee then asked repeatedly "how old are you?" When we did not reply he said "here's a 60-year-old telling a 20-year old that people will care about an Internet review." Well folks, you've heard the story - do you care? read more

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED HERE. I got my iPhone 11 screen fixed here. Sure it was done fast but the part used is very obviously not a good quality replacement because the screen is more grey than black. You can feel that the screen is not as sensitive right off the bat. The screen wasn't even fit properly and didn't lie flat to the back of the phone. You could see it that it was raised on the right side. It costed me 200 to fix it and a month after the fix I started getting discoloration on my screen and eventually half of my screen was blacked out. Had to get a new phone. Don't go here. They do a lousy job. It's not worth your money. read more

This would be a negative star review if it were possible! We just got a screen replaced on one of our older ipads before the holiday and now the home button doesn't function. We tried to take it back to have them fix it under the claimed guaranteed warranty and the girl who was working was completely rude and couldn't comprehend any type of customer service whatsoever. I will never step foot into this second rate shop again unless it's to serve them their bankruptcy papers. We will submit a negative review to the bbb on this one as well. The Fix staff was professional and responsive. I had my screen repaired after it shattered. I recommend this place to anyone needing immediate support. The cost, below 65 for me, was less than my provider was going to charge and I did not have to send it off to be repaired. It took about 90 minutes which was fine with me.
