Even though I shared the exact placement she cut up the name and stuck them to the cake board by removing the backing which she wasn't even supposed to remove. The cake was also disappointing since the jelly part didn't thaw even though it was picked up at 12 PM and was in the fridge(not freezer) until 5:15 PM and then it was completely outside until 7 PM. The jelly part was very hard to cut and such a waste of money, since I paid for a premium mousse cake. I have two stars because she agreed for the partial refund for the messed up topper. The refund was only after I reached out to her about the cake after our party. I have added the inspiration and the output(name changed for privacy).
