It's on a lake and they do a blend of indoor and outdoor activities, the counselors were all fantastic as were the other children. You don't want to send your kids here too often or at least have a couple of weeks break in between since they get a lot of sun and are exposed to bug bites, but hey that's what summer is supposed to be like. The only thing my child didn't like was the bus ride each day to & from our local YMCA, since I think it was about 30-40 minutes. They also have a facebook page and post pics of the camper activities daily so you can get a feel for whats going on.

Club Volleyball isn't like recreational volleyball in the sense that there is more of an urgency to win; that being said, it's great preparation for the real world of sports, be it middle school, High School or College level. There are a lot of clubs out there, we choose Excel because we feel the coaches take the responsibility of training our children personally.

Some really good people are out there but so are the bad ones. NTK has no parts or support. A much better track and facility is Dallas Karting Complex or DKC. They have a pro shop and rental track and everything you need. You can show up here and leave with a complete karting package, suit and helmet. No politics, and great people.
