The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. What a fun experience for our WHOLE FAMILY!…read more We surprised the kids with a fun and not too difficult Escape Room - Summer Camp. Five in our family and we did the 45min version, which was just right for us. Our kiddos were 10yrs, 8yrs & 4yrs and each of them could help out and figure out some clues on their own. There were still clues they needed help with, but overall they were very involved. Each of the three rooms we accessed was lively, well planned out, and full of fun clues. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to the kids in a very understandable way and were very generous with the clues. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely do another escape room here with the family.

We had so much fun doing the Special Ops room. It was challenging enough that our kids had to work together, but easy enough that they didn't feel completely discouraged by the clues as we worked together. We do a lot of escape rooms so it's always nice when we feel challenged and see new mechanics. Our game master, Melanie, was so nice and upbeat and seemed genuinely excited for us when we escaped without using any clues. I also saw her managing the front area with walk-in's really well (the mall setup has got to be stressful for that!). The Witch themed room was right at my personal max level of scary/spooky. It seems like most of the other rooms had a spook factor to it; I'd love to see some that are more mystery, adventure, or heist themed. We will def be back for the Agent Smith room sometime very soon! Highly recommend!

The gentleman running the rooms today was hands down the best I have seen in 20+ escape rooms. He was friendly and super helpful and you could absolutely tell he was enjoying his job. It was an outstanding start and finish to our experience! We did O'Bannions with a group of two and had just enough time. We felt the puzzles had just the right level of challenge and the room setup is excellent. We are already looking forward to coming back for the other rooms here. Don't remember though, sadly) was funny and interactive and the room itself was one of the most realistic and non-prop-looking I've ever seen. We did Wong's Chinese and were impressed by the real story touches to the set. All the puzzles felt good to solve and we had the perfect amount of hints to snag what we never would've noticed. Having a group of 8 worked to our advantage, and we were able to score top of the leaderboard, which was also cool. I'd recommend this place. It's a bit hard to find in an office building, but nothing too crazy. Warning: I've heard the Pharaoh one is very hard!!

Not that spooky (great for me, a non-fan of horror) so if you want something truly scary this might not be the one for you. Our guide, Rob, made everything enjoyable. He would also send us notes of affirmation as we progressed through the puzzle, and that kept morale high! Definitely will be back at some time soon; want to try the rest of the rooms!

You get a bonus hint if you can solve the riddle at the front, which was fun. This room had a lot fewer high tech audio visual effects than some escape rooms I've done more recently. It was a lot of more classic puzzles, nothing insanely cognitively complexed. There were some frustrations, like getting pieces in exactly the right order but one fairly symmetrical piece was just upside down/ not locking properly with magnets. That's the kind of thing it would be helpful if the game master could comment on when they see us get the order right and lose 10 extra minutes... they did give us some time back because the piece was a little glitchy. We had multiple binders to use as reference for many clues, and one of them was really out of order, which also confused the flow a little as we were trying to flip to the same pages as each other. We found some of the puzzles a little far fetched to figure out without a hint to get started. All in all, though, this was a very fun way to spend an hour with friends and earns a solid 4/5 on escape rooms for me! I appreciated it wasn't too scary (I hate the ones with super loud jump scares and things / people popping out at you!). Recommend! We were a group of four which I think is about the right number for this sort of thing.
