Jessica teaching students about flowers and how to arrange them into vases.

Enjoyed a day in a class with my friends arranging flowers. Thanks to Jessica, our time at the farm was wonderful. Also purchased some amazing vegetables! Will definitely re-visit.

Saw a Facebook post for u-pick flowers. Came on a Saturday around 11. It is open for U-pick flowers 10-1. They have a paved driveway and a small parking lot. Not sure where overflow parking would be. We had no issues. Walk through the cute shop that has veggies and other items. They have freshly baked pies too! We got just a slice of apple to try out. Whole pies are quite expensive so we wanted to taste first. You pay inside the store for the u-pick flowers. We did the $20 for a handful bunch. You walk outside and head over to a cart they have setup. You can bring your own shears and bucket if you want. Then pick away! My daughter was walking around for an hour making her bunch. She will dry or press to preserve them.

This is an adorable and delightful spot to visit with little kiddos! We came on a Wednesday morning while story time was happening. All the staff we interacted with were warm, friendly, and helpful. They patiently answered questions we had. I enjoyed browsing the store that had a variety of items--produce, pies, toys, books, soaps, kitchen items, decor, clothing, & so many more random finds! I walked away with a bunny figurine and a bag of yummy chocolate chip cookies. Our little one thoroughly enjoyed seeing & petting some of the animals--rabbits, chickens, water fowl, and goats. You can pay to get a little cup of greens to feed the goats. There are many cute photo ops for kids, such as with the animals, on a tiny tractor, in front of a truck, with a windmill in the background, or by the verdant fields. We saw there was a little cow train that was in the field as well. There are tables with umbrellas & restrooms. It's a super cute experience & a pleasant way to spend some time.

Came for the U Pick Flowers and for $21 it's a great experience! They provide you with a bucket and shears and lots of beautiful flowers to choose from. Would advise on bringing gloves and watch out for the bees! Was a little bummed with their produce as it's quite expensive. Picked up a half flat of strawberries and though I thought the season was done, they are so sweet and luscious! Also picked up a box of their soft heirloom tomatoes for $10! Fun time for families and friends!

Visited the Farm on a weekend morning/afternoon. The drive to get over here is positively scenic and provides great contrast to the coastline, Monterey has the best views. When I saw the beautiful U-Pick Flowers I couldn't help myself. Afterwards I stopped into the barn to pick up a pie. They have lots of options but opted for the strawberry olallieberry crumb for it's fun, unique name. Came home to clean/cut and arrange the flowers and had a slice of pie. It was a great balance of sweet and tart. Though the bottom crust wasn't as cooked through as I usually like, the crumb topping had good texture. These pies are not cheap, they run about $31 after tax. But if you have extra money to blow, this is a beautiful place with great hospitality.

This place is the CUTEST! You can see it from the freeway/highway. We just stopped by for the gift shop because we wanted some fresh fruits on the way to our destination. If I lived next door to this place, I would buy all my vegetables and fruits from here. Even CHEESE!!! They have some bunnies and chickens outside the gift shop which my little one enjoyed. The outside patio is super clean and super cute. I opted in for strawberries which were SWEET. It was so delicious! I cannot even describe it properly. I tasted the difference between a store bought strawberries and strawberries from The Farm. My husband bought a couple of peaches. He told me as well that they were super delicious. I wish I had bought some more fruits and a few things to make fresh salsa. Sadly, I couldn't. It would probably have gone bad in my car. The salsa, I bet, would have tasted close to magic. They also have fresh homemade pies which was scrumptious. I know they also have tours, but we weren't able to because they didn't offer at the time. They also have events on certain days. You guys, I know it seems I'm exaggerating, but this place is incredible! This is definitely a place to stop if you're ever around the area or if it's on your way to your destination. This is definitely a place I'll stop by again the next time I'm around.

Paying $21.76 for only these three stone fruits appears excessively expensive.

I immediately had my husband take that exit and check it out. When I saw artichokes artichokes and more artichokes,, I was sold. I went there to look and see what they had. We found so many amazing items! We purchased pasta sauce, artichoke salsa, artichoke focaccia, bread, artichoke bread, artichoke sweet bread, like banana bread, but with artichokes, we bought actual artichokes, artichoke pizza, and mushroom pizza, frozen deep-fried artichokes, a Japanese black watermelon, a cactus plant, artichoke raviolis, and some amazing soft English muffins. Very unique. I know it was a lot, but we don't live close by so we wanted to stock up. What I really like about this place is the friendly people there especially Sara and there was another gal that unfortunately I didn't get her name and the fact that all the artichoke items are from the artichoke fields there and they support local/family bakers and businesses. We also went to the "Choke Coach" it was recommended by Sara. It was on the premises and it was a food truck that primarily sold artichoke related items. I ordered the three artichoke tacos, which were amazing and the grilled artichokes with a lime cilantro dip. Very yummy! My husband ordered a bratwurst sandwich. The people working there, Maria and Bety we're very friendly and great cooks and customer service I was so glad we made that turn off the freeway! This place is a true gem. They also have cornhole to play while you're waiting for your food or just want to enjoy some fun for a minute. There was a cute, big chair for a Kodak moment

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've encountered this issue. Every time I buy vegetables or fruits from your store, they turn out to be old and in poor condition. I bought a bag of wrapped romaine lettuce that I was told was fresh and new. However, when I got home and opened it, it was clearly old and wilted, as shown in the attached photo. It is not worth to return it as the trip is going to cost be more than 3.99. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality control. I ordered the chicken sandwich on their very delicious homemade brioche bun, along with a molasses cookie and a farm stand cookie. Everything was delicious. There always seemed to be a line, so plan accordingly. I arrived at 10:52 hoping to grab a breakfast burrito, but didn't make it to the front of the line until after 11. Even though I could still see breakfast items coming out of the kitchen, there is a firm cutoff. So, if you're arriving close to the transition time, don't count on squeezing in a breakfast order. And to the person who was in front of me in line and ordered the last piece of zucchini bread: consider yourself lucky you weren't tackled from behind. ;-) The stand itself has a little bit of everything: pick-your-own flowers, a grocery store, deli, salad bar, educational walks and talks, and plenty of space for families. It's definitely family-friendly, and while the kids can run a little rampant, the size and atmosphere of the place make it feel more lively than chaotic. One suggestion for the shop is to have a separate line for grocery purchases. After eating, I wanted to do some shopping, but decided I wasn't going to wait another 15 minutes in the food line just to buy a few items. A separate checkout would make the whole experience even better. All in all, it's a very good stop! It's also a dog-friendly facility, so please make sure your dogs are friendly too. During my visit, a couple had two bullmastiffs which are beautiful and big dogs, but unfortunately, those two were having a difficult time around other dogs. Whenever another dog came into view, they would bark aggressively and try to go after them. Since they were tethered to the table, the dog's frustration spilled over and they'd "jaw" at each-other. Having been raised with dogs in the house, I'm a big believer that bringing a dog into a public space comes with the responsibility of making sure those dogs are comfortable and well-socialized enough to handle the environment. In this case, the dogs were overwhelmed, and it made the experience less comfortable for the other dogs, their owners, and everyone in the yard. I certainly don't expect every dog to be perfect, but if a dog is repeatedly reacting aggressively to other dogs, it may be better for everyone to take a break from the public setting. After all, dog-friendly works best when the dogs are friendly too. To dog owners -- please be mindful of how your dogs are behaving in a shared public space. Correcting your dog when necessary is completely understandable, because sometimes a quick reminder is all they need. But if your dog requires ongoing training, discipline, or repeated correction to manage their behavior around other dogs, that's probably better handled in a setting specifically suited for training. Don't let one difficult situation take away from the experience of everyone else including well behaved dogs. And to the shop -- it's okay to step in when necessary. If a dog is repeatedly creating an uncomfortable or unsafe environment for others, asking the owners to remove the dog from the public area is a reasonable thing to do. It helps keep the venue enjoyable for everyone, including the dogs who are behaving themselves.
