I first came to Leila's to see if she could reverse many years of sun damage and she assured me with certain treatments she could improve my skin over time. Well In just the 4 months I have been going I have noticed a tremendous improvement. The sun damage has improved so much, my pores are so small now, my wrinkles have reduced in my opinion by almost half and my skin has never looked and felt so great. The biggest change I have seen in my face is that I do not get big nasty under the skim pimples anymore. I would get 1-2 each month and haven't gotten one since seeing Leila. Last time I had sugaring done, but I don't remember the technician's name. It wasn't the same person who did my sugaring before. Nevertheless, the meeting I had with Rina at the checkout counter was wonderful. Today I called to inquire about the body treatments better known as..., Body Exfoliation and Thai Massage. I have only experienced The Sugaring here, but there is so much more that is offered here. I expect Rina is a master of all the services she provides here. I could hear the cheer in her voice as I was told about the Body Exfoliation and Thai Massage. I am sure the quality of both these services will be enjoyed by me when I visted this place soon. I apparently attempted to try this business some time ago, thus I receive text alert coupons. I usually only wax in warmer months, pre-vacay, or prior to my annual girls trip. Im still not a real fan due to my horrible grow back struggles with ingrown hairs. Then after a positive experience elsewhere and my friend saying "waxing with consistency" will decrease ingrowns and your hair becomes softer, finer and takes longer to grow back each time. For this reason, I have attempted to continue on a schedule. I tried to book with Ms. Annie's a few times online. My account wouldn't work, so I called to get some assistance on this day. The young lady on the phone was in a rush. I wanted her to help get my online account working properly so I would have the ability to select any available appointments slots posted, service provider, and have option to cancel/ reschedule within limits posted. Instead of helping to get my online account working, she simply booked the appointment. I called back in less than 15 minutes to request a change. She said, I'll make the change, but you'll have a $50 fee whenever you reschedule. I was mortified! That wasn't really smart. The only thing it did was solidify that I definitely will never book at this business!!! Poor customer service and vibes!! Also the online scheduling system didn't work well at all!
