I have been coming to The Face Place for many years now after having been referred by a happy…read morecustomer. What an oasis of care this lovely salon is. I have had all of the things. Facials, lash extensions, waxing, micro blading and would not trust any others like I trust Jenna and Ashley to care for my skin care needs. The salon is a beautifully designed space and a warm welcome is always waiting. The treatment rooms offer a unique blend of privacy, peaceful ease, and energy that is balanced just right. How they consistently maintain that balance I don't know, but they have perfected professionalism combined with authentic care for their clients and offer an elite and consistent attention to detail along with collaboration with the client that is a joy and is just not to be found elsewhere. This is a salon of experienced professionals that can offer skin care solutions for any age and any skin type. They offer online booking and reminders for appointments to make the process a breeze. I highly recommend this salon.

I called to explain the situation and they told me they were charging my card $355 for the full price of my treatment. I will never go to The Face Place again. and I suggest you find somewhere else with more understanding that accidents do happen and people have no control over that. I understand they lost income, but I'll bet the person working on me did not make all that money. Anyway, pretty upsetting to charge me full price as I am literally sitting in the ER. its just not very Sebastopol of them.

Such a great option for those looking for an affordable and low-key water ritual…read more There's a bio-mat bed for EMF interruption. Then head over to the sauna, dry sauna, or infrared sauna. Some were my top person and some were single use. Next was the steam room, fits about 4 comfortably, 8 sitting up. Then a cold plunge tub or bath tub. The tuba COULD fit two people but why. The tubs were all in use when I checked them out so I just took a shower and called it a day A friend of mine said he gets massages from a very thin, tattooed gal, maybe with blue hair? Not a "nurturing" massage but fabulous execution and deep tissue. I love that this is a legit spa, nothing questionable, and a chill relaxed vibe. Pretty clean, a little dated, but super professional and a really nice find I'll for sure be coming back.

I called the night before to see if there was any next day availability for a Bliss Signature…read moreMassage 90 minutes ($210). They returned my call the next morning and offered me a range of times and massage therapists same day. I also asked about adding on the Bath House ($45 for guests enjoying day-of services) and was told there was availability. On Mondays, it's women only and clothing optional. Per the website, they can accommodate up to 20 ladies. After visiting the Bath House, I would say that feels a bit tight as the space is on the smaller side. Bring a towel if you can. Towel rentals are $8. The Bath House includes 3 private soaking tubs (curtain for privacy), 2 saunas (infrared and dry), 2 cold water plunge tubs, 2 showers, and a heated BioMat. I spent a few hours rotating through all of the amenities. It was a quiet day which made it extra relaxing because there were very few guests. Guests are expected to drain and clean the tubs after use. There are directions posted on the walls. This is not the spa's fault, but I was a bit bummed when I went to try the copper cold plunge tub and found it full of used water. I ended up having to drain and clean it twice since I wanted to clean it after I used it too. The saunas are small. Each sauna can fit 1 person comfortably. Perhaps 2 if you don't mind getting cozy? The BioMat allowed me to take a short nap. Theres small bumps and heat for a gentle amount of pressure. I enjoyed both of the saunas. The steam room felt too stuffy for me personally. The private soaking tub was relaxing. You can adjust the water temperature and I was able to add the bath salts that the front desk staff gave me complimentary. There is a 45 min time limit so that everyone has a chance to use the private soaking tubs. Again, this is more enjoyable when there are less guests so you don't feel rushed. Drinking water and cups are provided. I'd say it's worth $45 but after spending a few hours I could see myself getting bored. The Bliss Signature Massage 90 minutes was the highlight of my spa experience. Melody was my massage therapist. I'm so glad I paid more to get 90 minutes instead of 60. Melody asked me which parts of my body I wanted to focus on and asked if I was okay if she incorporated gua sha into the massage. I've never had a massage therapist do that before but I really liked it! The gua sha helped to target areas of tension in my shoulders. She warned me that I would have a few marks on my back, and they're already starting to fade away. I felt so relaxed after. When it came time to pay, the receptionist told me the total and I went on with my day. When I finally looked at the itemized receipt that was emailed to me, I noticed I was charged incorrectly. I called the spa and the receptionist was apologetic and promised me she would refund me the difference the next day. I checked my credit card statement and I see the refund is processing. Mistakes happen and I appreciate how she resolved it quickly!

Every appointment is transformative, and she truly gives the best facials I've ever received. Tiffany has a way of making me feel completely safe and heard. She listens to my needs and tailors each service specifically to what my skin needs at that particular time. You can tell how much care, intention, and expertise she puts into every treatment. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Tiffany and her services. If you're considering booking with her, do it!!! you absolutely will not be disappointed!

Their booking system is very efficient, easy to reserve, and text messages are effectively communicative. I'm so glad that they moved from Sebastopol to Petaluma! I'm local and this place is conveniently located next to Petaluma market with a mani and pedi shop! I can triple dip with buying groceries, pamper oneself with a spa day and get a mama focused pedicure! They draw a tarot card before the session and it's a delightful treat to start the session with mindfulness. Tiffany, owner, has great energy and vision. It shows in the place. Jennifer is very intuitive with her womb massage specialty and I'm sure with other massage types. She pushed at my tight points and used glide cupping at exactly where I needed it without me having to really tell her where. I adore their lounge and decor here. If you're looking to escape, restore your soul with some good ju ju vibes and meditate for a bit, I'd highly recommend this place entirely!

She got us in and gave them their cuts and they are so stinking adorable! My 5yr old daughter now has hair at a length we can manage and doesnt get caught in everything. My 19month son, yes, I said months, was great and Danika was so sweet with him! He has curly fine baby hairs and she cleaned him up so well. He looks like a lil man now! When finished with them, she even had time to squeeze in a cut in for me. Danika is so sweet, efficient, thorough, honest, and listens to what you request. I've only had my hair cut twice since last year, & both times by her. This review pretty much sums up what it's like to be a loyal client that doesn't deserve to be…read moretreated unprofessionally. I am really disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Jena (Owner). It's been almost two weeks of trying to book an appointment as her client of two and a half years. It's really quite embarrassing. Neglecting clientele is completely unprofessional. My last appointment I had scheduled, I asked to reschedule because I needed to travel out of town. Jena never returned my text and so did not confirm the cancellation with me. I usually get a text message about the appointment, which I did not receive. Without my knowledge, Jena cancelled my appointment so that morning I text her I was on my way. Maybe a clear case of miscommunication and I get it, these things happen. However, since that day, I have yet to hear from her about rescheduling me. It is in the nature of business to learn how to follow-up. So simple. I have never been treated like this and am a very loyal paying customer. Like I said, rescheduling is normal. Everyone has a life. Everyone is busy. Just be professional and own up to the fact that if you cannot handle the amount of work you're faced with, just pay for someone to organize your clients for you. I would suggest getting an assistant to help with bookings before expanding. It's just not a good look to maintain especially with clientele who isn't afraid to write about their horrible experiences. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As a business owner myself, I'd want the absolute best experience for my customers. This is clearly not a great experience. I did not expect this at all. Luckily I found an amazing lash studio in Rohnert Park. I loooove their studio, politeness, thoroughness AND professionalism. Their prices are also so much more affordable. My lashes are bomb. I'll just put this experience at SOCO with Jena in the trash and move on.
