Shadi took measurements, and later I visited the showroom and ordered basic blinds. At installation, the installer noticed the blinds were not fitting the windows correctly. Shadi came back out to the house to reverify her measurements. Turns out she never measured the top of the windows, just the middle and bottom. She had to redo measurements, and blamed the ill-fitting blinds on "my old house." My house is less than 40 years old. I told her it seemed to me that she should have measured at the top of the windows, and she rolled her eyes and took no ownership of the issue. I may not be a handyman, but I can tell you a good place to measure is WHERE THE HARDWARE WILL BE INSTALLED. Then, while she was there, the installer noticed the top valances would not mount correctly on my window molding the way it was measured. They looked again at my molding, seemed absolutely baffled that the window molding was not flat, and I was told the valences will have to be reordered, and that they will not cover the top window molding completely. So now the window treatments are a different look than what was discussed at our initial consultation. My installer showed up around 9am that day, and did not leave till after the situation was figured out at about 2:30. Absolute waste of my time at the fault of Blinds & More (not the installer). Blinds and valances were reordered and installed several weeks later without incident. Why this couldn't have been done right the first time by a company whose sole business is window treatments, I have no idea. They maintain they did nothing wrong despite their obvious sloppy practices. I was given no discount for wasting an entire extra day on this, or for the man hours and time it took to pull apart my house to prepare for installation twice, or for the blinds not having the look that was initially discussed. Don't waste your time or your money.

I called, set up a home appointment for a new-build, and met Shody on site where she had brought samples and took measurements so we could choose the blinds and colors for the home. She made excellent suggestions and then I put down half a deposit and the blinds were ordered! They said they were running 4-6 weeks for delivery but they were at just about 4 weeks when they called and set up installation for us which is very reasonable for a whole home project. There was a small hiccup about blinds on the doors which the owner worked out with my husband and was very reasonable about so we're happy with the overall experience we had and would recommend this company highly.

Measurements were taken, fabrics, hardware, and interliner were selected, and the order was placed. Weeks went by without an update, so I followed up. I was then told there wasn't enough interliner in stock and they'd have to order more, which delayed the timeline. A new delivery date was provided, and I even received a call confirming that the drapes were on the way. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the interliner shipment arrived damaged and the delivery had to be refused. No clear update since, and they couldn't tell me when the product will actually arrive. It feels like they priced and sold a product they didn't really have available -- and now the process is being drawn out so long that a customer might just give up and switch to something else. On top of the great service we got for the selection and installation, Brian was really responsive when (apparently) one of our tenants broke one of the roller shades.
