JOE retired and this is NOT Joe's though it still uses the name. I stopped in and showed him a photo of a chair I needed re-upholstered. He told me he could do it. I called and asked when I could bring it in and he said any day 7-4. I brought it in and he claimed he never saw the photo and wouldn't honor the price he gave me. He was horrible and I would never recommend him. It is NOT Joe. Joe retired. read more

I took a photo in of my antique 1930's couch to be reupholstered....the man Joe? was very rude and said he couldn't do it.....no reason....broken English.....I would have gone with any advice or upholstery recommendations....but the answer was NO.....so I will go to someone else.....they have very good reviews, so I was surprised! read more

I had my grandmother's antique chair reupholstered by Joe. Not only was it done quickly, it was also incredibly beautiful work. He went above and beyond what he was paid to do. Not only did he do an excellent job of the upholstery, he also put in new webbing and polished up the wooden parts of it . I was very impressed with his work and it was very reasonably priced as well. There's no doubt that I will use his services again to do some work on the inside of my car. If you need any upholstery done, Joe's Upholstery is the one to go to. read more

This was the first time I have ever used an upholstery company and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The cost was fair and the job was done very well. My cushions could not be found initially about 20 mins later they were located. Overall, I'd suggest this company to others. read more

Awesome upholstery shop! We took a vintage goose-neck rocker that we found in a second-hand shop to Joe's for reupholstering. Joe's turned our ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. It is now an heirloom piece and the pictures below are a testament to their work. I don't know if their prices are competitive, but their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent work. Very honest. Does a great job. Well worth the wait to get in. I scheduled my Toyota 2003 MR2 for a new car top and torn drivers seat. The original top and seat were so old they were disintegrating. He did and amazing job and was very timely. Very nice person too. read more

Needed a new headliner (ceiling fabric) for the Ridgeline my son purchased. Gracious on the phone 2 days ago with an accurate and very fair quote, they worked us in. We dropped the vehicle off yesterday afternoon and it was ready today, earlier than expected (thankfully, so he could get to work without needing another ride). Work was very well done. Highly recommend and thank you for everything! read more

All I can say is WOW!!! If I could give 100 stars I would. As most Ford owners/ Mustang Owners can attest to Ford used the worst glue possible on the door panels, to the extent, that the door panel fabric will peal off if you live in a hot humid climate. Well this began to happen to my baby, and no matter what type of glue I used I could never get the leather to stick back on to the panel, I even used Gorilla glue in my attempts. In comes Joe's Upholstery to the rescue, Paul is a true craftsman and magician, not only did he repair both panels to perfection he also added a custom cover to the center arm rest. You can not go wrong using Joe's Upholstery for all of your needs. I highly recommend them. read more

Paul and his parents reupholstered a Drexel Heritage large sofa for us. It was such a good piece of furniture and we did not want to replace it but restore it. They did an awesome job. Their workmanship is excellent. They completed the work in less than three weeks. I just love my sofa and the work they did is superb. I will highly recommend them to any and everyone who is looking to restore a piece furniture. Thanks again for your awesome and timely work. read more

Very disappointed in Joe's. I called them to get an estimate to reupholster a stressless chair. I was asked to send them pictures of the chair and they would get a proposal back to me. It's been 2 weeks and have not had anyone get back. read more

I'm so please with the awesome job Joe's Upholstery did on my chair. I had the same fabric on that chair since 93'. I really wanted a fabric similar to the existing fabric. Joe was able to take some time and find me three that were a fairly good match. Not only did he find me a great fabric, he reupholstered the chair and brought it totally back to life. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the service he provided. There's a sense of pride that goes into his work. It shows in the way he worked with me from the moment I walked into the store. When it was all said and done I left with a chair that is like new and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Joe's Upholstery for doing such a great job for me!!!!! read more

I am so very pleased with the service, price, turn around time, and attention to detail that Joe's upholstery gave me when I took my antique armchair to them to get reupholstered. Before going to Joe's, I received quotes from other local businesses nearby that wanted to charge much more for the same service. Joe's did it cheaper and in half the time of others without compromising quality. This chair has been in my family for many years and the old upholstery was torn, stained, and very old. I brought them in a blue velvet to use and they had no problem making it work! My chair looks so amazing, it's better than I imagined it would look and I am so happy with the results. I will recommend this business to everyone! Thank you! read more

Joe's Upholstery - Amazing work!!! They did an impeccable job on my antique armchair. A complete reupholstery and it looks fabulous! - Furniture Reupholstery Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

This shop does automotive interiors as well as home furniture reupholstering. We took our Mazda sedan after the roof liner came loose and failed a home repair. By the time it was in to Joe's, the entire liner was sagging and the area around the rear window had been marred by my own sloppy adhesive attempt. For a great price, we got back a perfectly original looking headliner, flawlessly fitted. Not a fingerprint or scratch on the headliner, windows or trim. The car was in and out the same day and we were given an appointment the day after our estimate. The owner was gracious and had clear pride in his shop's work. I'm completely satisfied and highly recommend Joe's! read more

Very disappointed with the service I received from Joe's Upholstery. Took a bar stool to have the back of the stool re-upholstered. While the quality of workmanship was good, they used a different colored thread for the top stitching. When I stated my dissatisfaction (as the back of bar stool did not match the seat), I was told it would be an additional $75.00 to correct THEIR mistake. If they could not match the thread color, a courtesy phone call to the customer should have been made prior to the work being completed. Joe's Upholstery should correct their mistake! Excellent service and craftsmanship! I brought in the cushions from my Peter Hvidt daybed and they came home to me in better condition that they had ever been. And when I bought it, it was pristine. I had it re-covered because: cats. (Yes, I will always have cats, it's just furniture, people!) But there was some degredation of upholstery and the cats clawed at a spot on it. I got a recommendation for Joe's upholstery from a friend of a friend and I am not disappointed. They were so patient as I went through ALL THE BOOKS of upholstery fabric. And when I chose one, they offered a great price. Today, when my husband picked up the pieces and brought them home, I was surprised they turned out as well as they had. (Original foam.) The craftsmanship is gorgeous and top notch. I could not be happier. :D Thank you so much!!! read more

The best experience with an upholstery shop ever. I had other estimates and was told a bunch of crap that my convertible needed. Was not true. Joe's is the best!! Honest, hardworking and excellent work. I will definitely go back to this shop! Thanks Joe and son Paul read more

Excellent quality, delivered ahead of schedule, very reasonable prices: I would highly recommend Joe's Upholstery.

OUTSTANDING!!! I found Joe's on Yelp and brought 6 dining chair seats for recovering. I brought my own fabric and they had them back to me in less than a week. This included making the piping. They did a PERFECT job! Very nice, friendly staff and professional results- very highly recommended!! read more
