My son had an older Acura that needed an armrest restoration. The estimate was steep, but we…read moreproceeded. Nick found a close match on the non leather material. The quote $450 due to the difficulty to access. I got on his schedule about month out. At the day of drop off early AM the job was expected to take one day. I got a call around 1 PM it was complete. Upon pick up I learned a 3% up charge for credit cards. Unfortunately I was not prepared with cash, or check. I inspected the work and to my astonishment the armrest was like factory. You can't tell the difference. Amazing work! Completely impressed by Nicks workmanship. If one negative it's they did not fully clean up. There was some debris in the glovebox. You cannot find people that do this type of work. 4+ rounding up.

Right out of the box Nick was straight forward and honest about the job details and broke everything down so we felt comfortable. The pricing was very fair (yes I'm a car guy and checked around). The amount of experience and knowledge Nick has and shared was worth the price of admission. He gave us his recommendations on items we might want to address that would make the job the best it could be and save us the trouble of coming back because we didn't take the extra steps, no sales pitch, just the facts. He was so thorough that while he was leak checking the top he even found another issue in the back of the trunk that had nothing to do with the top and alerted us (to include a video of the issue). From soup to nuts he had the job covered and not only did a fantastic job but went above and beyond. His entire staff was also fantastic. Now I said all that to say this, if you go somewhere else don't blame me, it's your own fault.

My goal is to keep this car until it is a classic, my house is riddled with mid century modern furniture and I have a very specific eye for detail and design. This leads me to say Will's Auto Upholstery lived up to an exorbitant amount of expectations. The headliner was free of wrinkles, bubbles, loose edges and was smooth along all the areas where the fabric was rounded. They even vacuumed my girl out to get rid of all the residual adhesive that has fallen on the way to their facility. All the folks at Wills were kind, knowledgeable and down right awesome! Did I mention they worked lightening fast?! I can't recommend them enough.

Alll of our emails and phone calls were answered promptly and courteously. The fee for pick up and drop was nominal and helped out a lot. The textile selection was endless.
