I visited this location about 2 weeks ago ...dropped off my pants..smooth transition and they just said just come pick them up by last Wednesday. I did give my first and last name so that's all they needed and what service I wanted. I didn't know how much it was going to cost I really didn't care they probably could have told me it was going to be $50 because I love these pants so much. But still inquire about cost first. Nevertheless I picked him up about 5 days after the date that they were promised ... I picked them up...transaction was just as smooth as it was dropping them off. My total for getting a zipper replaced was $23. I'm assuming that includes the actual zipper as well as labor. This location is super convenient. I'm super excited to try them on and see what's up.
