Update from my last review ph so...so long ago…read more.. Bobby and I have been communicating via text and phone for many months, I moved from NY. We went in to contract sometime last October on our townhouse at Dragas properties in Virginia Beach. Bobby came in to do the measurements about a month ago, told me it would be about 4 wks, it was just about the estimated time for install. Came with all kinds of samples based on the different products I was interested in. Showed me the difference and helped me save some $$. Today was the day!!! They are here! Bobby came in with Matt, his helper to install. He had said the shutters may not be here today with the other blinds but he would install what he had...and to my SURPRISE the shutters came in! YAH!!! They look so great! Price was not to be beat! Bobby and Matt are the ultimate professionals. Meticulously and expertly installed every windows. Kept his word on timeline and they both did a fabulous job! Bobby noticed some issues and made immediate fixes. I think I rated a restaurant 5 star once in my years of reviewing businesses, which otherwise I would never do. I am making an exception here because I am truly happy with the entire process. My nephews are both Marines. Bobby is a veteran so I am very happy to be able to do a tiny bit to support our veterans. I really hope you YELPERS out there looking to do your window treatments go with Cornerstone! You will be a very happy home owner and customer. Update: It's been a couple of weeks to get this updated...sorry Bobby. As mentioned in the last review, there were a few pieces that were bent during shipment. The replacements came in, Bobby came over and fixed up everything with a smile. Very happy with the follow up and the follow through. He is super professional and friendly. Such a great experience. Measurements were taken, fabrics, hardware, and interliner were selected, and the order was placed. Weeks went by without an update, so I followed up. I was then told there wasn't enough interliner in stock and they'd have to order more, which delayed the timeline. A new delivery date was provided, and I even received a call confirming that the drapes were on the way. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the interliner shipment arrived damaged and the delivery had to be refused. No clear update since, and they couldn't tell me when the product will actually arrive. It feels like they priced and sold a product they didn't really have available -- and now the process is being drawn out so long that a customer might just give up and switch to something else. Bait-and-switch? Maybe. I'll let you decide. Perhaps I am just frustrated... and its just a bad coincidence

I only needed to make one simple phone call to discuss my issues and provide serial numbers on the faulty items. Five (5) weeks later, as scheduled, a technician came by and installed the new window and sliding glass door and also repaired a window that wouldn't stay up. An absolute disaster!! The carpet looked much worse after it dried. Then enlisted Allen's Dry-N-Clean hoping they could repair the damage. Matt arrived within the scheduled window. Treated all the many problem areas and proceeded to clean the carpet. He brought the carpet back much farther than I thought possible in about an hour. He was thorough and professional.
