My husband had a "hankering" for a burger. The End Zone is close to the house so we ordered take out. We both had the Hangover Burger... burger, cheese, bacon and an egg. Stopped in with some friends to watch college football and play pool. Our server took great care of us for the 4 hours we were there, even though we moved from a table to the pool tables. The menu is your typical bar food mixed with your typical Florida dishes. We shared a bunch of appetizers and I had a burger. The fried pickles were lightly fried and the nachos and potato skins were about what you'd expect. The burger was average at best and the tater tots were average as well. They had karaoke outside under a tent throughout the night as well but we stayed inside to watch football and play pool. The wings were my favorite thing we had but nothing was bad, just average. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Drinks were also good. I personally had the grouper basket. It was fresh and flavorful. Only complaint is the cleanliness. First of all, the onion rings and pizzas are fantastic. However, we ordered the End Zone Combo which is the jumbo pretzel, hog wings and cheese fries. So disappointed. The pretzel was in the bottom with the other parts laying on top of it. The hog wings need sauce. Be sure to order some. The pretzel was apparently warmed in the microwave so the sweat from the fries with cheese made it a yucky texture. Love this bar but will not recommend this food choice. read more

AVOID IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. I had a great experience at this establishment last month. So I went out of my way to go back. I made the server aware of my allergy, ordered the exact same thing that I ordered the previous visit. I thought I detected pepper, so I asked the server to verify that the burger did not have any seasoning. I was assured it did not. Pepper leaves my body with extreme prejudice, aka violent vomiting. I am a surveyor, working in a residential neighborhood, it is very hard to hide vomiting from clients. I don't have access to a bathroom or running water. It was miserable. I went back to make them aware they had a problem in the kitchen. The manager was the server we had. She 'ma'am'ed me. Repeatedly stating that she asked the kitchen manager and he said it was not seasoned. Based on results, that was not possible. I wasn't mad, I didn't accuse her of anything. Food allergies can be dangerous, I thought they should know they had a problem in their kitchen. When you prepare food for people, customers are trusting that the kitchen will care about allergies as they become more and more prevalent. Some allergies are deadly. The End zone 100% did not care. We went here to watch the Philadelphia Eagle beat the WFT on 12/21.. we had a great time! The place is wall to wall TV's with multiple games on. Most of the crowd were Eagle fans which was great for me. The food was very good and the service was great! It was a bit chilly so we opted to sit inside but the outside bar looked like a great place to sit. There was karaoke going on and that's usually a hoot. Went in a Friday night, place was busy but not packed. Sat at the bar-noticed a customer vaping a the bar, asked the bar manager to please ask them to stop. BTW it is illegal to vape indoors in Florida. Bar manager asked the customer and the customer stopped for about 10 minutes. Customer started vaping again, even blowing smoke into another customer's face. We asked a different bartender to please ask her to stop, which she did not do. The bartender then came back to tell us to stop making her friend feel uncomfortable. We never spoke to the customer and were floored to find out the customer was a good friend of the bartender. We were very offended especially since vaping indoors is ILLEGAL!!!. Called in a few days later to speak to a manager. this was about 1:30 pm-phone rang & rang then disconnected. tried again-same with the same result. tried a 3rd time-bartender finally answered-we asked to speak to a manager, was told no manager was in the building, commented we called twice and no one answered. She stated she ALWAYS answers. We said this was not true. she said she did not like our attitude & hung up on us. Tried to call back that night around 5:30 -again no one answered-called 3 times still no answer. Good thing we were not trying to place a to go order. The place is up for grabs. Visited Sunday evening with my 6 year old granddaughter and daughter. The dining room held only 3 tables of customers. Our waitress said she'd ask if the quesadilla could come without peppers and onions. She returned with a quesadilla with peppers and onions, NOT giving us an opportunity to change the order. I had not taken a bite when a drunk at the bar started spewing inappropriate language so loud the table next to us (and me) stood to say that children were here. A kitchen employee did come out to try to stop it, but it was maddening to see your young wait staff (standing behind us) laughing at this situation. We escaped the filthy language and restaurant, to be followed to our car by another drunk patron, calling us FILTHY names for not paying our bill. Then an employee, I assume, came out to threaten a police call; I did go back in to pay our bill. One of the young (laughing) waitresses came outside to tell us, "Maybe you shouldn't go to a sports bar"!!! For years, the End Zone was a place for parents to take their kids' sports teams for fun, great food and good service. I was on the End Zone pool team for several years. Dining area has some vents the blow directly on some tables so you will see people moving tables to get a way from it. We have had the pizza, burgers, chicken wings, meatball along with nachos and chicken fingers. Pizza is good, chicken wings always seem to be rushed out to you and if you order sauce on the side, it has not worked for me. twice I ordered sauce on the side and it came on the wings. my wife enjoys the nachos, chicken fingers were weak and small. burger was your average burger along with the meatball.
