I have bought 2 Pomeranian puppies from the Monroeville store and a Pomsky from the Robinson store…read more Each time, the employees were so great and never over pushy. The Monroeville store is super clean and the puppies all looked in great condition. The cages were very clean as well. While it is sad to see puppies in any cage, there are worse places that puppies could be kept, like outside in the cold. At least they are getting love, out of their cage, a clean cage and food! All 3 of my puppies are well adjusted, loving dogs, not one issue with any of them! My last puppy I bought right around Halloween and the salesperson was awesome, she provided a lot of information. Don't got to Petland and have your child bang on the glass! Don't go to Petland and play with a dog and then when they tell you the price, you are shocked! You are not getting a dog at Petland for $500.00, that is just the facts. Don't then go and bash the employees, it is a business. If I had to make any negative comment, I would say that there isn't any type of discount or reward program in place for people who have purchased multiple dogs from the company. That would be nice if that would happen.

Hello, i am a former, employee that used to work for this…read moreestablishment, under a owner named "mirage". During my time under his management leadership, i have been harassed on multiple occasions, and my comission sales given to other employees, on sales with my own cilents. while i was working there, i reported all my complaints, to the owner aswell to the store manager, named "maltese" and all unprofessional acts that were done. i was called out of my name, hit and threaten and even the owner said nothing to ease the torment, i felt uncomfortable with my time working there, working around a coworkers, that were obnoxious and disrespectful with no courtesy towards customers, animals, products or to the so called family friendly franchised company. i witnessed other employees speak about the same issues i was having, through out the store and heard worse incidents from all departments. As much as i hated to leave this place, among all the amazing customers, i met in a year of employment at petland, i can confidently say this place hasnt been in a great state as i heard it used to be, it definitely has gone downhill, and will continue too, if things are not implemented properly. Rules in a general corporate/ or noncorporate business were not being followed. as instructed I feel bad to whom ever buys a dog or animal from this place under this current ownership, or the families who witnessed any heinous acts. its fun to play with puppies just not one who are sick and getting sold for 5,000- 8,000 per puppy Get your moneys worth, dont listen to the lies from stores like petland, private breeders are the easest route to take for a new companion, and less of cost. But dont take my word, do your research

I've been getting him groomed a long time. I know what a freshly groomed face looks and smells like. Photos 1&2 show Petsmart 6/1/25. Third photo shows groomed in the past by another place. I expressed to the manager I was not happy with his face. He said grooming was not his expertise, therefore we went to speak with Suzy. She was condescending, as if I don't know that tear stains can't be removed easily, and as though that were the problem. He looked and smelled as if nothing was done to his face. Worst money I spent on a groom. Don't use them for the manager's response and a groomer that looks as if she hates her job and the customers. Bye Suzy H.! Update...customer service is just as bad. They promise to get back to you in 48 hours and never did. I guess that's why the groomers and managers are as bad as they are. I will spend my money else where. Sorry my dog had to endure this. Don't do this to yours.

I guess that means they were in to clear to just hack her up. They shaved down everything til some spots were just bare skin. She looked awful. They didn't even try to groom her. Never again! Unless you want your dog to be almost hairless, go somewhere else.

It has a big selection of tools, casual clothing, pet supplies, lawn mowers, snow blowers with reasonable prices. My husband has returned to his roots with small farming activities and this is one of our regular places to shop. We find that sales staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. Bonus- On certain weekends, there is a vet on the premises for pet clinics.

i was an employee of this tractor supply. originally from the blairsville tractor supply. i left…read morethe murrysville tractor supply about 2 or 3 weeks ago. i am not a disgruntled ex employee, but i do need to warn other for the behaviors of this store. i was one of the interim team lead until new management came into the store which would have been chelsea and ryan. first week chelsea was there she was off more than she was working. whether it be she was sick or her child was sick etc. she always left early or came in late.. there was a time i wasnt scheduled to work until 2 pm and ryan the assistant store manager left at 1:30 . no one of the management team communicated that he was leaving early. so there was no manager on the floor for a half hour until i arrived to the store. same day ryan took the nightlock keys with him that had the sidewalk keys on it. i had to cut a lock off an item that was outside. i called ryan to let him know he took the keys he responded with "im well aware of that" ... then proceeded to tell me to turn the customer away. no communication to let me know he took the keys and chelsea had also known he had the keys. he did not return them back to the store until 6-7 pm that night. there was a night i was working with chelsea she wasnt supposed to leave until 6 pm. it was a day during the week our ac was broke. it was 90 degrees in that store and being 4 months pregnant while having asthma is not a good combination. chelsea was leaving early and i notified her before she left i was having an asthma attack... she still left the store and i spent rest of the shift barely able to breath and had to sit down for most of it. during that same week customers were complaining about how hot it was in the store. i was standing near chelsea and she would use my medical condition (me being pregnant) as a conversation starter. telling customers that i am pregnant and i need the ac. to me that is not her place to give out my personal information to customers especially when you couldnt tell i was even pregnant. i was supposed to open the store sunday july 21st . unfortunately my dog had an emergency saturday the 20th. we went to the emergency vet stayed there until 2 am in the morning. ended up having to euthanize my dog. i notified chelsea at 11 pm that saturday night about what was going on and that i couldnt make it in the next morning. she tried forcing me to go in. i even told her mentally i was not right to go in . tractor supply is all about priding themselves on connecting with the customer over pets and dogs. until it is their own employee having an emergency and then it is well too bad figure it out. that was my last straw after being forced to stay in that store when i was supposed to leave that store when the other interim managers were pulled out. there was no communication with me that i was going to have to stay until inventory july 8th. july 8th came and gone which then i was asked if i would be willing to stay longer. i said yes until end of july. week of july 14th i met chelsea in the office and asked her when my last day working in this store would be? she responded with "i said end of the month didnt i" after the dog incident i messaged my store manager jess from blairsville to notify her with screenshots of me and chelsea message about what had happened and i terminated my employment with them. i went the 21st to murrysville to turn in my keys after dropping my dog off at a crematory and i heard that chelsea was telling everyone that i had quit because me and her got into it. which is not true. i was very professional in my messages and as a store manager if one of her other managers can not make it in she is obligated to go in. or have ryan the assistant manager go in. being a manager or fulltime you have to have full availability, but ryan refused to work sundays and chelsea refused to work tuesdays because of her son. chelsea was also cutting everyones hours to force them to quit the store because there was employees there she did not like. chelsea also never had the schedule released. its supposed to be out 2 weeks in advanced she wouldnt release the next week schedule until days before it would start. after releasing the schedule she would change it without asking the employees if they were available. and wouldnt notify them of the change. multiple times i had employees come in that were supposed to work but the previous night chelsea had changed the schedule and no one knew until the next day . it shown they werent working. not a good management team at all. i do not advise anyone to work there. like i have said i do have all the proof and screenshots of just about every conversation and pictures of the way things were ran in this store.
