This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticeable knock off. Even though they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously. It makes me laugh because with all of the new regulations in this industry, a company like this thinks they will stay in business treating their customers like this. Buyer beware.

The roses smelled fantastic and lasted well over a week. The second were flower bouquets that I received after a performance. Those bouquets were full of color and seasonal accents and lasted almost two weeks. A visit to the shop is also a delight. There is a great variety of gifts and floral items in a range of prices.
