I didn't know that at first until I found a small sign in the upstairs room. I did notice a sign at the front door on my way out but it was mostly hidden by the outdoor decorations. Seems like a loss of free advertising to not allow photos. Note 2: Although this address is not listed on the upcoming mass property auction (end of Oct '19), I heard on two occasions that the property was for sale and that the businesses were being forced to vacate soon. I visited Cherry Canary around Halloween season, and there were a lot of people stopping by to look for pieces for their costumes. I can see why -- much of their clothing would make excellent costumes. But I don't see why you couldn't wear a wool sailor suit any other time of the year. You just need some chutzpah. Like a good vintage store, the clothing racks are jam-packed with clothes, so it's a little overwhelming to go through everything. But that's a good thing -- it just means they have a lot of stuff and a big selection. Everything is displayed tastefully, and they have a section for men's clothes and one for women's. They have little dressing rooms for you to try on the clothes, too, but be aware that the lighting in the dressing rooms is very dim. They also have a little corner for knickknacks and accoutrements, such as vintage luggage, glassware and planters.

The merchandise here is in great shape and I feel like I bought so many treasures while I was there. I feel like this shop has something for everyone here. I scored some 1950s dresses, and 1940s dress, and even a 1930s peignoir. The prices vary, with older items usually being priced higher. However, I think the items are worth the price because they are basically one-of-a-kind at this point and are in solid shape.

This is a moderately large and orderly antique/collectible shop. I was impressed that the booths were all well kept, not filled with junky stuff that someone would find at a flea market or garage sale. Well, maybe some of that stuff, but generally there was a better quality of items than I've seen at a lot of places. There seemed to be a fair amount of furniture and oil paintings. There were Coca-Cola and some Barbie items too. However, the number of pure antiques was relatively low. We now check it out on a regular basis and always find some unique items. Prices are excellent, especially when compared to other vintage shops. The true treasure of the sho are the people that run it. They are so delightful and always make you feel welcome. Many times they have helped add to a collection by offering suggestions and remembering us when we came in. Though we don't always buy something we always learn something. Their knowledge and helpfulness is fantastic. I appreciate all the unique serving pieces and kitchen things available. My husband loves the record collection. Give this place a try... Parking can be utilized on either side of the building. You will have to look for it the first time but it is easy if you look for the grey building next to Liter House.
