Extremely hit or miss. I have ordered from AptDeco twice, both times I was buying West Elm…read morefurniture pieces either at a discount or pieces that are no longer sold by West Elm. The first time my dresser arrived brand new with some minor hiccups in shipping (1.5 months for shipping).
The second time I purchased a console for $600 (plus an additional $400 for shipping from PA to CA) that was obviously used and damaged, even though it had been listed as BRAND NEW by the seller. There was a big crack running along the top of the drawer and some minor scratches on the surface. I wasn't home at the time of the delivery, so I did not notify AptDeco within 48 hours that the furniture was used/damaged. Therefore, they refused to offer any partial refund, and also refused to reprimand the seller or reach out to the seller on my behalf to let them know that this type of bait and switch was unnacceptable.
Therefore, after the second experience of spending $1000 for a damaged console, I don't think I would order from AptDeco again. If you did get a counterfeit, knockoff, or damaged item, unless you notify them WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY, and even then, consider it your loss, as they will not care at all.
