All were delicious but the bone marrow was to die for, served with a crunchy toast. For mains two of us had the Beef cheeks and one had the Pork Belly. For me it was the beef cheek and the best potato mash/puree I have ever eaten. The chef was open to share his secret. I couldn't eat all mine so they gave we a container to take home the leftover. We were too full for dessert but the table next to us had the tarts and they looked amazing. They also allowed spilt bills which isn't heard of these days.
