Looks fancy. Lives frustrating. I've been here two months and I've already had enough. The gym, sauna, and steam room are often out of service with no warning. The elevators go out regularly and management either doesn't notify us or does so days later. Several tenants--including me--have had their cars wrongly towed. It took almost two hours to get mine back, and management didn't offer an apology. Moving in was a disaster. There's no designated spot for moving trucks, so my movers had to move their vehicle several times to avoid blocking traffic. I ended up paying more just because of the poor setup. They also push "customizable closets," but the reality is you're only allowed 2-3 shelves. The front desk staff is friendly, but packages still get lost or given to the wrong residents all the time. Looks great during a tour--but trust me, living here is a totally different story. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Living at this building has been nothing but disappointment, frustration, and proof that management cares only about squeezing money from residents rather than providing a safe living environment. After the rock slide incident, when residents lost their cars, management didn't step up to support tenants and instead, they amended parking contracts to say we could no longer remove cars from parking contracts, meaning that even if you don't have a car anymore, you're still forced to pay $200+ for onsite parking. That says everything you need to know about how this building treats residents. When I moved out, management told me on move-out day that we left the apartment in excellent condition then turned around and tried to charge me for floor buffing, something I have since learned is a common tactic they use against multiple residents (it's all over other reviews, and I've personally spoken to past residents who went through the same). After four months of fighting with the management company, providing time-stamped move-in and move-out photos showing the floors were not damaged or dirty, and countless follow-ups, I finally had to escalate to senior leadership before the charge was dropped. Even then, it took weeks of follow up and I was told checks were mailed twice, but they never arrived. I was ignored for weeks at a time, forced to chase management constantly, and only received my check a full week after someone promised they'd "look into it" and then never followed up. This process was exhausting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This building is money-hungry and dishonest. From start to finish, they find every way possible to nickel-and-dime residents, ignore concerns, and hide behind a façade of "luxury living." I would never recommend this building to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere there are far better managed properties where you'll be treated fairly and with respect. If you're looking to move to a place where you'll never get your deposit back then maybe this is the place for you! read more

In one word: RUN! I've lived in this building since March 2022, but management has seriously deteriorated. There hasn't been a proper property manager in months. The assistant manager rarely responds to resident messages or takes a long time, and there's no visible supervision from ownership. The building still hasn't addressed a mountain landslip from 2023, and parking is a daily issue -- after 10pm, I usually have to park at Walgreens outside the property. They promote a referral program, but when I referred two friends -- who only came to live here because they visited my apartment -- they refused to honor it, claiming their tour was booked through an external agent. That's unfair and misleading. Most frustrating: they blocked my online rent portal claiming a card issue, even though my payment was confirmed via email. Now they won't remove the paid amount from my balance, and the assistant manager says she "can't do anything." read more

We moved in last March 2023 and so far this has been our experience: - Smell of marijuana from our neighbor - the building did very little about it despite it being against the building rules - FBI raided said neighbor's apartment - SWAT team of at least 15 all heavily armed and pointing their guns everywhere (I have a toddler who wasn't even 1 at the time) - - A rockslide in September damaged loads of cars - the building did very little to prevent any future rockslides - A major follow up rockslide in December - it woke us up because the whole building shook. It was like an earthquake. In light of the above, and the fact my husband is recovering from cancer, I emailed (a lot), called (a lot) and texted (a lot) asking if we can be let out of our lease early. Our lease ends in March but we do not feel safe here. This is negatively affecting my husband's recovery and what is adding to our stress is that he has a scan in January - should that scan not be favorable, we would not be able to move out in march when our lease ends since he would be undergoing treatment and there is no way I can manage a move alone. Given we have had nothing but poor experiences here, I would have at least expected to be heard especially with the issues my husband is facing with his health. The management of this situation in general has been appalling: - communications have been very high level and last minute (for example, they requested for us not to walk along the corridors facing the cliff whilst work was being done - which is fine, but they sent an email about it at 9:51am and told us the works would start at 10:30am the same day - what if I didn't check my email in those 39minutes? - even worst, they requested for cars parked in a specific area to be moved by 10am otherwise they might be towed - in 9 minutes). - The parking solution they have put in place is also terrible. It takes 15 minutes to get your car each time you want to use it. No one will answer me - I tried calling the senior VP leasing at Post Brothers (the company) and I've followed up with the building managers so many times. The CEO of Post Brothers is "too busy" to even address the residents here. read more

I have a lot of rambling thoughts here but here they are. I lived in the Duchess for 13 months; from August '20 to September '21. I had a one bedroom on the 12th floor. Overall, my stay at the Duchess was favorable. I would have stayed longer except that my project ended and I needed to leave. Incidentally, had I renewed, the rent was $600/month more than when I originally paid ($3,100 now). But ultimately, price wasn't the reason I left; I had no reason to be in NJ anymore. I never used any of the amenities except the community printer on floor 3 (which you pay for but the cost is negligible). The pool always was well maintained but I would never use it (as I preferred to avoid the residents). The staff was excellent, especially the concierges like Nicki and Javier, who are quality people. For example, an adjacent vacant unit had a bad battery in the smoke detector, and Nicki changed it for me at midnight on a Sunday. The Duchess went through 3 GMs since I joined, the latest was Felicia who is strict but very fair. She is super responsive and gets things done. Her assistant is Benedicta, who is a sweet lady and is also responsive via email almost 24x7. The Duchess has three unique features that I couldn't find elsewhere. First, there is a drinking-water filter tap in each kitchen. It's absolutely great to have filtered water all the time. It also has free-standing showers (which is great if you are a shower person). And last, it has an in-building parking garage for $200/month (which is a fair price). Before I forget, there was good water pressure on the 12th floor. The Worst part about the Duchess was the tenants and their pets. A good portion of the tenants are professionals with solid careers and etiquette. But the building also has a mix of unsavory actors. Young and arrogant people with their parent's money, or money from sources that I could not determine. They likely could afford to live in NYC, but I'm guessing they stay in the Duchess so they can have a car and larger apartment. These bad actors people didn't wear there masks in the elevator (prevaccine and with Covid spreading in the building). Some of them wouldn't say hi, hold a door, or had any manners at all. They really brought down my satisfaction with the building. The garage regularly had a smell of weed in the evening. And there was dog poo and pee daily in the garage and parking lot. Literally, every morning, someone with a small dog would leave dog poo behind my car. Was it deliberate? Probably. More about the parking lot. Many of the Duchess tenants have fancy cars, like Rolls Royces, Lamborghinis, and Bentleys. Frankly, if they can spend that much money on a car, I have no idea why they live in rental-only building. I gave four stars (versus 3) because of the staff who really try hard. Sadly, it's the tenants that plague this rental-only building. If I had the money and did it again, I would rent a condo in a very strict community with harsh rules. But if not, the Duchess is something I wouldn't love, but could accept. Btw, I should add, I almost rented at the Modern prior to the Duchess, and the tenant community there is far worse. Finally, I just might be an annoying neighbor with unrealistic standards. I have lived at The Duchess for almost a year new and plan on upgrading from my studio unit to a one bedroom unit. I have explored MANY apartment buildings in the area - some with beautiful amenities and similar prices. I'm going to let you know why I believe The Duchess us a brilliant choice for you and your family. The Duchess has impeccably clean amenities - I know so because I have seen the pool cleaned out routinely, and the staff sanitizing every area of the apartment building and common areas. During COVID, they went above and beyond closing down high touch areas, notifying residents of any potential cases, and providing the residents and staff with hand sanitizer and PPE. They even dropped off a game of cards to every apartment for the tenants to pass time. They have a gorgeous sauna - most places on the River Road strip are lacking this. The gym has top of the line equipment. The outdoor area is equipped with three grills, an outdoor entertaining area, and fire pits. The staff even throws weekly wine nights on Wednesday where they offer free wine and beer to their tenants. The problem with other apartments on the strip is that they are gimmicky. They will wow you with a rooftop, surprise you with a rock wall, and then bring you to view the apartment that has low-grade finishes, cheaply done bathrooms, and low-end appliances. The apartments at The Duchess are done WELL. They are much larger than other apartments in the area. The appliances are high end. The bathrooms have spa showers. The studios start at 600 square feet... which is bigger than a one bedroom in other buildings. The one bedrooms have walk in closest that are big enough to fit clothes AND a twin bed! The maintenance crew is amazing and the front desk staff is incredible! Shout out to Raul who helped me move in, one night provided me with a first aid kit when I injured myself and Walgreens wasn't open, and who consistently manages to stay happy and friendly and always say hi! I haven't met one staff member here who was not willing to go above and beyond to help out. Long story short - if you're looking for gimmicky amenities that you probably will use once during your lease term - then look elsewhere. If you're looking for a better quality of life in your apartment and meaningful clean amenities, as well as more room - you should move here! Also shout out to Anya who is an absolute gem! I added photos of my studio unit... you can see from the photos it's very large. Pictures use a queen size bed, a table that can seat 8 comfortably, a couch that can seat 3, a chair, and during Christmas tree an 8 foot tall tree... so much space! read more

Felecia is literally the worst manager. I was charged for stains already on the floors when I first moved in and even sent the photos in. They had promised to fix them, never did and then they charged me when I moved out. An inside employee warned me that they don't make the repairs just to collect the money so I contact the new tenant and sure enough, they never repaired the floors so she blatantly lied so now I'm reporting to authorities as this is highly illegal. She needs to be held accountable for her behaviors, the way she treats people and for all the lies. read more

Overpriced- So many better and newer apartments with better lay outs in the area. $5200 for 2 bedrooms that are 10x10 feet. Added water expense, parking is nearly $300. Exterior of building is dated and bit run down, front desk is a mess with boxes piled up every where and they dont even have an electronic packaging system. Gym is super small and limited/out dated as well, and theyll try to sell you on "floor to ceiling windows" yet they cheaped out on construction and every other panel has a cheap wall mounted ac unit that will only quadruple your electric bill too. Not to mention, management is extremely un helpful and un prioritizing. Will push you to sign a lease immediately and threaten you to sign before charging you for another application yet will ignore your request to see adequate video or photos of the units you request. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money more wisely at some where like One Park Condos, 9 or 11 at Port Imperial that have nicer buildings, more amenities and better management.l that prioritize their tenants. read more

Firstly, The Duchess is a beautiful building; inside and out. From the welcoming and accommodating concierge and front desk, I was truly impressed. However, it was Samantha within leasing that made not only my experience as a realtor but my client's experience, second to none. We were and still are absolutely floored by Samantha's ability to not only have toured us around The Duchess less than 24 hours of scheduling an appointment with her, but Samantha not only showed up, but she went above and beyond and made sure no question went unanswered. Samantha's follow up was impeccable. There are buildings in and outside of the Bergen County that should honestly take note from her. She's stellar! I was a resident for almost 3 years. The second lease renewal was in part due to pending arrival of a new baby or we would not have renewed our initial 18 month lease. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose the duchess. There have been robberies, armed and unarmed, inside and outside, suicide jumped in the back cliff area, multiple car break in and vandalism issues, the list goes on and on. Couple that with an unresponsive management team- headquarters are in Philly, and you have a recipe for what I consider the worst renting experience in my life. Do not be swayed by the allure of the new building. Do yourself a favor and read thru the reviews. There's also a private FB group I wish potential renters could see. Felicia is the worst senior manager that I have ever dealt with in all my 30 years as an attorney. She is an arrogant, nasty and unprofessional individual who needs to be fFIRED. She is not to be trusted - Be Careful! She'll charge whatever she wants upon move out. When we moved in management knew I wanted a one bedroom, said that we could move to a one bedroom when available and once the one bedroom was available they wouldn't allow us to move to it so we moved out. I would run if you are even considering moving into that building - charges $240 for parking - and a monthly water bill- ridiculous- highly suggest not even considering that noisy building in the worst location with a horrible Senior manager who exhibits no compassion and doesn't know who her clients are! Beautiful building don't get me wrong but 6 months in already a headache, apartment above mine flooded which caused my apartment to flood at 4am, what a mess. For compensation they offered my apartment to be cleaned after repairs were made and an $50 Ubereats gift card what a joke! Management doesn't care about their renters. To mention everything is constantly broke in this building. The entrance door for the garage was broken for months allowing anyone to enter the building, along with the saunas currently being broken. Lived here for three months: 1. My personal vehicle was towed although I pay for parking. The building claims there was no parking pass displayed so the lobby attendant marked it for towing overnight. When moving in you are asked for your license plate information although this serves no purpose. The towing company damaged my car causing a flat and broken rim to which the building said they were not responsible. 2. Jacuzzi continues to be out of service regularly. Constant issues with pool filtration system throughout the Summer months. Jacuzzi was serviced incorrectly recently which caused a guest of mine to have her hair dyed green due to the high levels of chlorine. 3. There are often times there are no lobby attendants since they have other duties than attending to the front-desk. Since you need a fob to enter the elevator you are often required to go to the lobby to retrieve your food delivery since they are unable to go up if someone isn't present. This also happens with guests. At this point, I cannot believe this is my living reality. It's an absolute nightmare which has caused me so much stress and grief. The financial impacts due to the buildings negligence are completely disregarded and you're left to feel like you're insane. I even tried to escalate certain concerns to corporate and it was completely ignored. The Duchess checked off every box we had and then some! From Joshua who was out sales consultant who never got tired of answering all of our questions to finding us the perfect apt as well as making the lease signing process painless. The building is managed by Felicia who is as professional as they come and her staff reflects that. There are no issues to small for Felicia to handle and along with the rest of the staff you defiantly feel at home the minute you step foot in the building. This place is an absolute joke, if I could give them ZERO stars I would. Management is basically non existent and the only time you ever communicate with them is when they spam you with friendly rent reminders, even when you have already paid rent. They are too lazy to sort through the people that have already paid. They are too lazy and uninterested in doing anything at all. If you are considering this place do yourself a HUGE favor and move on, its a nice looking building, but its an absolute joke and managed by clowns. Do not waste your money here, there are plenty of other options within walking distance that provide much better value. I am not sure what the Post brothers are thinking with the management personnel they have hired here, but I have been at several of their other properties and they really screwed up with management at this particular property. Management claims is from redoing floors on units after tenants move out but it's been going on for almost 2 months now. I'm not sure how many vacant apts. they have... But it's Extremely frustrating for someone that works remotely, considering the office space here is an apt. They turned into an office space... not very private, so not really an option. I'm still a tenant here and have a few months to go on my lease... that speaks to how frustrating and common this issue has become. I will update my review in the months to come. read more

We LOVED our stay at The Duchess (March 2022 to March 2023). Felicia, Benedicta and the whole team are the most incredible, hardworking staff. Everyone is really professional and friendly. Small maintenance issues were always sorted out the very next day after "logging work order", if not the same day. Our favorite part about The Duchess were the facilities in summer! We shared many meals with strangers at the BBQ facilities and got to meet so many people. We loved the pool as well on those hot summer days. The gym area is always super clean and all machines in working order and maintained often. A major bonus is also the location. The Duchess is a 5 min drive to two different Whole Foods, two different Acme's, Target and Trader Joes! The bus stop is also really close and takes you into the city withing 20 minutes! If we ever move back to this area, we will definitely be moving back to The Duchess. read more

When signing my lease amount kept changing, they add addendums and changed the amount I was quoted. READ the fine line! The management company, Post, horrible! They will charge you Extra, Extra there refrigerator leaked on floor, they made me pay to repair. New tenant came right in after me, they still over charged me. They sent creditors to collect. The staff kept changing. My car got hit twice, they bent my license plate. People coming in/out that didn't live in building. I didn't feel safe. People stealing from cars. Pot smell all the time. Nothing but a headache... Do yourself a favor and check out other buildings on river road. There are good reasons why this building can't fill itself (many apartments still not rented since day 1). The first point of conversation with your fellow tenants generally starts out with "...so you're frustrated too?" The Duchess has all the makings of a great stay but don't be fooled by the new construction, luxurious finishes and amenities like we were! Pros -concierge is great Cons -mice problem (be prepared) -waiting 1 year to date and still some amenities which were promised to be completed in summer of 2018 are yet to be finished (entire roof deck) -horrible management company (lived in Hoboken, Weehawken and Grove Street JC and this by far is the scariest experience to date) -pool gets sunlight through 1pm and then all shade (great architectural build!) -if you don't park in the inside garage expect to walk half way around the building to enter/exit on a daily basis -New York rent prices for poor construction (neighbors sink feel though the vanity/toilet & shower grouting already turned black -building location is terrible and right off of one of the busiest roads in all of Hudson County ( see accidents weekly) Save yourself the agony read more

Moved to the Duchess from home in the suburbs. I was skeptical moving to an apartment, and to an more urban setting. Working with the great team at The Duchess, (Cham and Anya)made it a pleasant and stress free move. Additionally, they have made the place feel like HOME. They are very responsive - my dryer failed to function, and within 48 hours, they replaced the dryer. The concierge staff are amazing, helpful and welcoming. I also appreciate the efforts of Anya in putting events together to give the residents a community sense of feeling. We have great amenities; everything is maintained and the place is spotless. I looked for a place with in the 3 mile radius, but I am so glad I settled at the Duchess! read more

I am updating my review that I wrote over 2 years ago. When I first moved in everything seemed to be fine. Residents were friendly, staff friendly, and helpful, and the property was well maintained so I was thrilled to have moved to The Duchess. Over my 2 year lease, everything changed dramatically. 3 managers came and gone and the 4th has been there several months but 4 managers in less than 2 years????? The concierge team is the same as they come and go also. The years-long residents that were great have all moved out as the crime in the building continues to climb and a new caliber of people are moving in worsening the "luxury" word in The Duchess's description of their facility. The property, inside and out, is not maintained as it had been in 2019 when I first came. Attitudes have an "I don't really care" edge on the staff. Elevators constantly are broken. Traffic is horrendous in that part of River Road and you can ONLY make a right turn when pulling out of the property so you have to make a U-Turn at Walgreens or further down the road to drive towards Edgewater. I could go on and on but I hope you get the gist of what I am telling you. Rent and garage rent is very high considering how The Duchess is going downhill PLUS a new residential apartment building is going to be built next door so factor in the noise, traffic, lights, etc. I have moved on to a new construction building down the road and I am much happier here with less congestion and lower rent. read more

Giving this building one stars simply because of management. I have had MULTIPLE parking issues as a resident of this building. They charge $125 for an outdoor parking spot (which is fine if I have a spot to park in.) BUT instead of having spots available for residents that pay the lot gets filled with random cars that are decal free (non residents and non paying.) I have had THREE instances where there has been no spot for me to park in. Imagine paying $125 for a parking spot and have nowhere to park after a long day of work. Completely unacceptable. When I brought this up to Nala the building manager she said she would ensure parking was monitored better. Still the lot is full of cars with no decals (people who do not pay or live in the building.) When I asked Nala to speak to her supervisor she refused to give me their contact info (how ridiculous.) so I still have not resolved this issues two weeks later. I lived in Manhattan for a year before heading over to the NJ side to have a little "quieter" way of life. I visited around 8 different apartments in the area and while I loved many of the buildings, the people were not welcoming. However, when I set up an appointment at The Duchess, Kristina M. was extremely polite, helpful and honestly, was probably the only reason I decided to become a tenant at The Duchess! Between her responsiveness to my many questions and e-mails, and her genuine demeanor, the big move over seemed way less "scary" and much more welcoming. I am very happy with my apartment, as she helped me find the perfect fit with a great view and floor plan. Looking forward to the rooftop that will be completed soon - and the amazing pool in the summer! read more

Moved here about 6 months ago after my husband accepted a job in NYC. So far we love it here and are very happy with our decision. After shopping around at all the other buildings on the Hudson, we chose this place because of the high quality of the finishes, the huge closets and the amenities. I should also mention we had a very good experience with the leasing team. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. We had some not-so-great experiences with their competitors, and this definitely influenced our decision to move into The Duchess. We have a baby and love the play room and the complimentary baby swim classes on Saturday mornings. We also love the Wednesday night Uncork & Unwind event where they serve us wine and we get to mingle with our neighbors. Another plus is the free shuttle to the ferry. We love the concierge team, Javier, Benedicta, Nikki, Raul, and Damian. Management has also been very nice to deal with when we have had any issues. The maintenance is also very quick to respond. read more

This review is in reference to the Post Brothers Apartment property in North Bergen, NJ called the Duchess. The property is nice and is up to par with other properties in the area. The reason for my review is for their lack of integrity with their advertising practices. Due to the amount of competition in the area they posted good incentives to get potential renters such as; two months free rent and only $500 security deposit instead of the standard month and a half. My wife and i liked the property and thought the incentives made sense therefore we moved forward with an application. Unfortunately, after all documents were submitted the management company informed us that we would have to leave a full security deposit (month and a half). This decision was made based on a late payment on rent my wife had made six years ago before we were married to another management company. The late payment was made due to miscommunication with banking account numbers and the management company at that time. As i understand that a late payment should never be made, I also see this as a lackluster reason to require a full deposit. Our credit is good and we make way north of the income required. I, myself have never been late with anything and will be the primary tenant in this apartment. I feel the company sold us the incentives to get us to apply to the apartment and then pull back for any reason. When i discussed this with the leasing representative the excuse was "fair housing laws" do not allow us to make an exception for you. Not sure what fair housing laws has to do with this situation as fair housing laws doesn't specify that a full deposit must be paid if a late payment was made 6 years ago. With a concierge service that comes especially with Javier every morning until late afternoon, you will be guaranteed a warm greeting, help with doors, and welcoming assistance with your personal needs. We are grateful for Javier's professionalism! With Springtime here, the outdoor third floor space will be much enjoyed with its heated, salt-water pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, grills, and lots of cushy places to sit and socialize. I did have a recent issue and Anya from the management office went above and beyond her call of duty to help address it. As expected there's always some hiccups in a new building but the management , maintenance and concierge team is always on top of things , which makes the Duchess a great place to live ! Love my apartment! For Mother's Day they handed out roses and have added 7 more classes a week. I wish that people would pick up after their dogs more and Im surprised there isn't a pet limit. Other than that, I love my apartment. read more

Stay away, too many issues and problems that remain unresolved. The amenities that were a huge selling point are still not ready. The utility bills are astronomical...the PTAC in wall HVAC units are electric and NOT gas when in winter/heat mode. As such, the electric bills in winter are several hundred dollars, an unexpected cost. Although they advertise this as an Edgewater property, it is NOT in Edgewater NJ, this is North Bergen NJ (which is even a different county). Although Edgewater NJ is just 1/4 mile north on River Rd, that does not matter for insurance rates. The crime rates in the two zip codes are markedly different. The higher crime rate in North Bergen caused me to pay more for my car insurance and renters insurance. Apparently car thefts are a common occurrence in this town and even if you claim that your car is garaged at the property, it is still more expensive. I agree with other reviews that there is a rodent issue. While I think any apartment could have mice (it can be expected), they need to do a better job at controlling it. read more

I recently moved into The Duchess and I have to say it has been a real pleasure and painless experience especially in my case moving across the country. The leasing agent Cham and Anya the resident manager have been a blessing to work with. Firstly, Cham worked diligently with me remotely to make sure I had all the information I needed about the apartment and once I signed the lease the transition to working with Anya was incredibly smooth. Anya worked around the clock to make sure all my move-in day tasks were in order and painless. Since I've moved in, the staff have continued to be world-class and accommodating. I've lived in many "luxury" apartments across the country and I have to say The Duchess sets themselves apart from the pack. Oh, and the apartment as well as the amenities are gorgeous and every detail is accounted for throughout the building. I'm looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life with calling The Duchess my home. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Look elsewhere. There are beautiful buildings up and down river rd with amenities that will put this building to shame. Do your research thoroughly before choosing to live here. It is NOT worth the money, trust me. You are not getting what you pay for. For starters, they try to bring you in by offering you "free amenities", trust me you are paying for them through the "great deal" they are offering. One of the main reasons for moving here after visiting almost 10 buildings in the area was the promise of a rooftop with 360 views of NYC skyline with a station for drone deliveries. As many have mentioned in previous reviews, this has yet to occur. The building remains in construction. Management has yet to come forward regarding the rooftop, but it is clear that it will no rooftop due to "permits". The management is not transparent with the tenants. They have been giving away hundreds of dollars in spa gift cards to those who complain and those who don't, I guess have missed out. Not sure how that is legal. The premium price that you pay reflects amenities that don't even exist!! Next, the building never disclosed that right in the backyard is a cliff known to the local residents as the "suicide cliff". In the short months we have lived here, there have been multiple attempts. Not sure I would have chosen to live here based on this alone! How awful it is to walk your down in the back of the building knowing of this. Speaking of cliffs, boulders the size of cars will randomly roll down the cliff crashing into the back fence. Also there has been an uptick in violence and police activity in the summer months, including violent acts by the pool side and robbery attempts. All of which is accessible through the towns police public records. The entrances to elevators had no key fob for security, therefor anyone could just enter into the building at any point.The pool and hot tub was absolutely filthy in the beginning of the summer. It was not until several complaints that they actually hired someone to treat and clean the water according to guidelines. TWO grills are available for the entire building, one which was broken for most of the summer. The elevators are always undergoing maintenance. It wasn't until after move in that they finally installed a freight elevator. The list of problems goes on about this building, I could write a novel!. If you are looking for a safe environment for you and your family, this is not the place!! Management is extremely unapproachable. they do not care about the safety of their tenants. Also good luck trying to call corporate, you will never be able to reach anybody! I must point out the only positive about this building is the concierge team, they are absolutely wonderful!! they could actually run this building themselves. They are attentive, kind, caring, and always willing to help. read more
