He is, without a doubt, the most patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented realtor I've ever worked with (and just a lovely person to boot). Roman took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure that every option aligned with our needs. He made us feel comfortable and confident at every step - always listening, answering questions with care, and offering practical advice when viewing apartments. When we finally found *our* apartment, he was with us every step of the way, helping us assemble an outstanding team of professionals who made the process seamless. He expertly managed the complex coop application, ensuring that we felt completely organized and prepared at each stage. Having him in our corner when we encountered roadblocks or issues, made the overwhelming moments feel far more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance in helping us find our forever home and for the team he built around us. I wholeheartedly recommend Roman to anyone searching for an apartment or home (and have already done so multiple times). Do yourself a favor--work with Roman!

I cannot stress enough how badly they impacted my 1.5 year living experience, During COVID, they shamelessly began charging people $500 to move out in addition to a $1,000 security deposit. When asked to justify this expense, they refuse to give any information other than "sanitizing the service elevator." In addition to this, they restrict moves to one in or one out per week, only on Saturdays between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm. They threatened to lock the doors if we didn't pay the $500, and if then would call the police if we told the movers to come in anyway. What a shameful money grab during a pandemic, during which they have not allowed any visitors to enter the building, have shut down the gym (understandable) and have shut down the pool. No other buildings in the area have such restrictions. The building itself is very nice (balconies with each unit, a doorman, a lovely lobby, mostly hardwood floors, etc.) but there are many aspects of living here that seem to be taking advantage of residents through policies that just cost residents money. For example, to get rid of any large pieces of trash (like furniture, for example), you have to bring it down to the basement yourself and then pay a fee for the building to dispose of it, when the town picks up large trash items for free. The pool is nice, but you have to pay $5 per guest if you'd like to enjoy it with others. There is a convenient store inside the building, but the prices are very high. A few things to note are that behind the building (where the pool is and where the parking garage is), wind seems to come through at a very high speed, like a wind tunnel. You need your keycard to get in and out of the building, in and out of various doors within the building, and to get out of the garage (so carry your building ID on you at all times!). It is nice to get a call from the front desk when your food delivery has arrived, but you have to go down to get it, rather than it being delivered to your door (due to building policy). And the elevators are regularly out of service, so be prepared to wait often, or take the stairs. All and all, I would never have chosen to live in this building had I known the distasteful experience that came along with dealing with its management company. This is definitely one of those, "looks like a good deal on the surface" type of deals, but the hidden fees, headaches, and disrespectful interactions with the building management company are not worth it!

A one bedroom apartment sold for $220,000 in May 2016 and was put up for sale for $310,000 8 months later with no renovations. Be sure to check in comparables before purchasing a property here or you will pay over market value. The positive is the view and convenient commute into the city.

ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

Questions are answered directly, updates are provided without having to chase them, and expectations are set clearly from the start. Based on my experience, RPPM stands out for strong communication and competence, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Having interviewed several agents, I really liked their approach, friendly, professional but not pushy. They offered guidance that was surprisingly different from the others and it truly paid off! They handled all the photos, promotion, background checks and paperwork, really paying attention to what mattered to me personally, which was a huge weight off my mind whilst managing an international move. Now I have a great tenant and will definitely be giving J and Wendy my business when I come to sell my apartment in the future!
