I had been looking for a place for some time and probably saw upwards of 10 condos in Jersey City. At no point did I feel any pressure from Saquib to speed up my decision or make concessions on what I wanted. This was huge for me as a single first time buyer because I really felt like he was in my corner and looking out for what I wanted rather than looking for a quick sale. Once I decided on a place, he provided good comparisons and information for me to make an informed offer. He spent several hours with me after the offer was accepted to walk me through the key milestones and dates for the buyer. Throughout the subsequent steps (mortgage selection, inspection, appraisal, mortgage approval), he was there every step of the way going above and beyond in terms of helping and stepping in when needed. I had a particularly difficult time with my lender and Saquib stepped in a number of times and tracked down the lender's representative to drive things forward. Home buying process can be very stressful for anyone, especially first time home buyers, but having Saquib as my agent definitely had a calming effect on me as I always felt he had everything under control. If you're looking for a home (especially as a first time home buyer) and you want an agent who is knowledgeable, super responsive and will genuinely look out for your interests I would highly recommend Saquib.

Ian truly goes above and beyond, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. As first time home buyers coming from out of state, we had A LOT of questions, not very concrete ideas for what we wanted / where we wanted to be, and quite inflexible schedules. Ian was so patient with us from the very beginning and provided extremely comprehensive answers to our questions as well as great advice to guide us in our search. You can tell that he is very experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about the NYC housing market. During the couple times we were able to visit NYC, Ian was able to accommodate our schedules and spent days taking us all over Manhattan to explore different condo options and different neighborhoods to help us get a better idea of what we're looking for and where we want to focus our search. When we were not in NYC (before and after our visits), Ian stayed in touch with us constantly via phone and email. He really took the time to understand our needs/criteria, answer every single question, recommend listings, prepare us for in-person visits and next steps, and even visited condos on our behalf to take pictures for us. Ian is experienced, responsive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and altogether outstanding. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy in NYC.

Ian was the complete opposite. He is smart, talented, hardworking, trustworthy, high-integrity, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly effective at his job. Our new tenants also raved about Ian's proactive, trustworthy, and candid nature. If you're looking to sell your property, buy a new property, or rent property, I couldn't recommend Ian highly enough. He is meticulous in his role and builds/values relationships with his clients. We would never think of working with anyone other than Ian in our future NYC real estate endeavors. If we could rate Ian more than 5 stars we would.

Not only were their rates among the best quotes we got, what really set them apart was their communication. Every step of the way, Kevin and Eyal would fill us in on the details of what was going on, breaking everything down for us in plain language, often patiently re-explaining concepts to us multiple times so that we could really understand what was going on. Whenever we had questions, they would often respond within minutes. Our situation was a little more complex than an "ordinary" refinance, and they made it as easy and painless as possible. These guys really go above and beyond -- I will definitely be using them again, and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Kevin Leibowitz at Grayton Mortgage was exceptional throughout. As first-time buyers, we came to this process with limited knowledge of how mortgages work. Kevin invested considerable time in telephone conversations where he walked us through the fundamentals -- how loan structures work, what the key figures mean, and how different decisions would affect our outcome at closing. He was never dismissive of our questions and consistently ensured we understood what we were agreeing to before moving forward. His value became most apparent on closing day itself. Kevin attended in person and conducted a line-by-line review of the final figures. He identified a duplicate charge of approximately $13,000 that had not been flagged by anyone else in the room, including our attorney. He challenged it directly, and it was removed. Without his presence and diligence that morning, we would have overpaid by a significant sum. Kevin is responsive, precise, and genuinely invested in his clients' outcomes. We would recommend him without reservation to anyone navigating a purchase in New York City.

Through the years of managing properties in the city, I am very sensitive to price gouging and upscaling of jobs. Steadfast Management kept the prices very fair and only did the work that needs to be done. And they did the work very well. They are capable of handling a wide array of different jobs, where other companies would give up. They cleaned the back yard, touched up all the paint, added light bulbs where needed, removed all junk, pressure washed the terrace, brought the wooden deck back to a nice color and cleaned the townhome. The tenant was very happy and as an owner I'm very happy with their services due to the reasonable cost. I highly recommend Steadfast Management.

Caliber had been by far the best company we worked with: they listened to our needs, helped us refining it and only showed us apartments that matched the majority of our criteria AND budget (without telling us to compromise). Thanks to them we landed our cosy family nest on East 85th and have been enjoying our balcony and amazing skyline view since then.

Having spent those countless nights on street easy and browsing listing I came across a listing I fell in love with. I contacted Chezi Zarur(a.k.a SUPER AWESOME AGENT) and I was surprised at how fast he was when responding to my inquiry. Chezi was very informative and knew the city like the back of his hand. He asked my boyfriend and I what we were looking for, our price range and when we wanted to move. We met up and he explained everything to me, he said he can show me the listing I wanted and also had one in my mind which he said I would love even more. Hesitant I agreed to look at the other listings..I fell in love with the building and the layout of the one bedroom. He wasn't done yet and said before I make any decisions he wanted to show me a few more to make sure that was the apartment I wanted. Having the opportunity to work with and close on an apartment with Chezi has been so easy and quick. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I highly recommend dealing with him if you are looking to move in the City. I can guarantee that he's not like the rest of the Brokers in Manhattan who just want to make money off there clients and put them anywhere...he actually cares that you are making a good decision and looks for ways around brokers fees etc. Great Broker, Super nice and caring! Amazing experience. What are you waiting for, find your dream apartment!
