I came a across a listing for a property that I was interested in viewing and this realty office happened to be working with the seller. I contacted the office and scheduled an appointment which seemed easy enough until I actually showed up. The realtor and I had agreed to meet at the property but I waited for over 20 minutes. When I called the realtor about her lateness she apologized and explained that she'd be sending someone else in her place. Once her co-worker arrived she immediately wanted me to sign a form confirming that she would be my agent even though I hadn't even seen the place yet. SMH? We then attempt to enter but all the keys that she has don't work. She calls her office and after some discussion she goes back to her office and returns with another set of keys that still don't work. But she was able to access a similar unit which wasn't much to look at. She insisted that the place I wanted to see was in much better condition. She then invites me back to the office to see her supervisor about our problem accessing the home I originally wanted to see. Her supervisor apologizes profusely and asks if I could wait a bit longer. I agree and my wait turns out to be over an hour! However, during my wait I learn why no one can find the keys by being nosy and listening in. Apparently, one of the realtors in the office apparently hoards the keys of the places that she wants to sell to her clients so no one else can. The whole time I was waiting they were clearly stringing me along while they tried to track her down to get the keys. How tacky and unprofessional! The secretary even voiced her opinion about the key hoarding realtor that they have on staff because no one apparently has taken any action to discipline her. During my wait I even asked to see other properties but was shown nothing. Beware of this realty office. I never plan to return even though I took there paperwork and said I would.

I had to sell my HDFC apartment when preparing to get married, September 28, 2025. I had read about…read morehow difficult it could be to sell an HDFC Coop apartment. So I was nervous. Walter was on my Facebook feed and I saw him do a video on HDFC Coops. I read a lot of his posts and there was something genuine about how he spoke and posted. I reached out to him on Facebook and quickly was ready to help me. Walter came to look at my apartment, which I felt was in great condition and in my opinion someone could easily fall in love with it.
