The salespeople know what they're talking about, try to understand your needs, and don't try to upsell you. The family-owned business, since the 80s, sources its furniture to ensure quality and sustainability, making me feel good about where I spend my money. The prices are fair, and you're assured of getting very good-quality furniture that will last for a very, very long time. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. Suffice it to say: if you want excellent-quality furniture that is super comfortable, long-lasting, puts a smile on your face when you see or use it, and makes you feel good about where your money went, buy it at Bedrooms and More. To the Owners, Thank You...We need more small business like you.

This is a supremely comfortable mattress, but there are a few important things i wish i knew…read morebefore buying: 1. Unlike nearly every other mattress seller, there is no window for returns. Most mattress vendors, even online ones, offer 30 days. 2. The mattress cover is *not* removable for washing; it's not supposed to ever be washed, even in cold water, because of shrinkage. 3. If the head of the bed frame is raised a few inches on risers, the topper will slide down toward the foot and need to be hoisted back up to the top every few days. 4. The topper of the same size is somehow a few inches smaller than the mattress.

This is a long overdue review - cannot say enough good things about Tim or Seattle Natural…read moreMattress. Speaking honestly, we've driven by the location a million times, and would've never thought of stopping in to look at mattresses there, but decided to based on someone else finding it online. Our old spring mattress was long overdue for replacement. We stopped in here as our first stop, not really sure what we were looking for - and convinced that mattress shopping would be dreadful. Tim made it super simple and easy. His products are straightforward. His pricing is straightforward. And there was no pressure. We left his shop and went to 2 other stores where we had the opposite experience, and saw similar mattresses for twice the price with long lead times. We turned right around and went back to Seattle Natural Mattress and placed our order. Tim makes them right in the store and a week later our mattress was ready and delivered. It's been almost 3 months and we absolutely love the mattress! Couldn't imagine having anything else. Thank you Tim!

I have never had a more unpleasant customer service experience. The person who "served" me was not the original salesperson. He argued with me and told me the original person would get dinged for the return. He told me I should give the first mattress more time because my discomfort would pass. He was belittling and actually hostile. I almost cried And I'm not a cryer. I had wanted to review that person, but was actually afraid to fill out the mattress firm survey because he knew my address. So the new product worked well, but the gaslighting on the exchange and fear of retribution were unacceptable. I've worked in customer service and have had bad days, but this wasn't his bad day. This was aggressive.

For our college kid, we wanted something that would be comfortable when they're home for breaks, but also allow us to upgrade/replace it with minimal remorse in a few years time when they settle into their post-school life. Mattress Firm fit the bill with a decent selection, and helpful Sleep Expert Kevin. We considered mattress toppers and new mattresses. Expert Kevin gave us a brief overview of each choice. We were given time and space to try each in the store with no sales pressure. In the end, our young adult chose the mattress that most closely matched their dorm bed (that they really liked); and being that it was Memorial Day weekend we got it on sale. The main feature of the mattresses in the store seem to be their memory foam tops. I tried a few and found I'm not a fan of the feel of memory foam as a sleep surface. (I can't speak to others' experience with returns. According to the receipt, there's a "return processing charge" which is $250--about what we paid for the mattress. Thankfully, the child is very happy with their mattress selection.)
