I understand that things can run behind, but when I was finally called back, I was asked for my paperwork. I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

This place will go down because of Raphael. I have been coming here every few months for the past…read morethree years because I'm a transplant patient and this time by far was the worst that literally brought me to tears . He deliberately told his staff not to take me, and I was standing there, waiting in tears for somebody to take my blood with my cup of urine, and they ended up not doing it and just pushing me off until I finally had to leave because I had to take my medication, which I advised of them, and they just kept taking people who came after me He said he didn't see me in the hallway, which is impossible because I was standing right there looking at him while all the seats were taken. This was the worst experience and I don't recommend anybody going here simply because of Rafael. I felt harassed and extremely mistreated by him, and his staff just kept looking at me and calling the next person, knowing that I was here for over an hour just standing there waiting.. they went as far as to ignore me, and when I went to Rafael and said who do I ask when I can go, he said anybody.. never returning here thanks to him. LabCorp should not hire staff like this
