One will do blood draws and another will call you up to confirm the information you've already confirmed on the kiosk, for who know what reason. If the one at the computer has an issue the blood draw one will drop everything and they'll both scratch their heads over it for like 10 minutes. If there's two people ahead of you, prepare to wait 45 minutes. Avoid if you can.

The inspector did a thorough inspection of our entire home take took about hour and half and pointed out issues and concerns along the way. He then went over a strategy of areas to test, and costs and ultimately we reached a budget that made sense and we agreed with. In less than a week we heard back with testing results and an e-mailed report that we took to remediation company which they used to clean up our home and bring back to normal. They also helped attack the source of our mold problem (leak behind washing machine and issue with air conditioner) so that the problem goes and stays away. We've never hired a mold inspection company before, but found this company to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When he scheduled his appointment, it was not clearly explained that he would only be establishing care. He was under the impression that he was scheduled for an infusion. While we understand that a patient must first establish care before receiving treatment, the way the front desk staff handled the situation was unacceptable. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy toward someone seeking medical care. My husband waited for over an hour without receiving any updates. When he finally asked about the delay, the receptionist responded in a dismissive and unfriendly manner, making it seem as though she was withholding treatment rather than simply explaining the process. When I later inquired, I was told there had been a computer issue, but no one had communicated that to my husband while he was waiting. A little communication and kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, the experience left my husband feeling unwelcome and disrespected. As a result, he left without being seen, collected his paperwork, and is now looking for another practice. He deliberately told his staff not to take me, and I was standing there, waiting in tears for somebody to take my blood with my cup of urine, and they ended up not doing it and just pushing me off until I finally had to leave because I had to take my medication, which I advised of them, and they just kept taking people who came after me He said he didn't see me in the hallway, which is impossible because I was standing right there looking at him while all the seats were taken. This was the worst experience and I don't recommend anybody going here simply because of Rafael. I felt harassed and extremely mistreated by him, and his staff just kept looking at me and calling the next person, knowing that I was here for over an hour just standing there waiting.. they went as far as to ignore me, and when I went to Rafael and said who do I ask when I can go, he said anybody.. never returning here thanks to him.
