I understand that things can run behind, but when I was finally called back, I was asked for my paperwork. I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

There's two working there at any time and they all move so incredibly slow it seems comical. One will do blood draws and another will call you up to confirm the information you've already confirmed on the kiosk, for who know what reason. If the one at the computer has an issue the blood draw one will drop everything and they'll both scratch their heads over it for like 10 minutes. If there's two people ahead of you, prepare to wait 45 minutes. Avoid if you can.

And have the audacity to arrange medical transport that costs a fortune, without your knowledge and you have no other way to transport. Bayshore MERIDIANs health care is the sadest medical system going.

After my April 30, 2025 surgery for a Full knee replacement, I was hospitalized for 3 days in recovery. From the point of admission through surgical preparation The Nursing staff, support personnel, and anyone who dealt with me were pleasant, caring, and concerned for my comfort, and all of my needs were addressed with a smile. The physical Therapists were very cheerful and extremely encouraging of my efforts right from the start. The enviornment at Bayshore was clean, quiet and peaceful, with minimal intrusions on my sleep or quiet time. The food was good and was promptly and cheerfully delivered. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Bayshore.
