The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful and never make you feel like a burden! Dr. Balinski is so friendly and easy to talk to. Imshe makes you feel like you've known her forever. I haven't seen her in probably like eight months and she made sure she asked me how my trip to India was. The only downfall is they do not have any late days or weekend hours. It really sucks, but does give me an excuse for a day off when I'm going for my yearly physical! They also do not do routine blood work in the office anymore. I have to go to LabCorp now for that. They are still able to draw blood, but just don't do it for routine work.

Pre-op room was super clean and clutter free. Nurses and technicians were very professional, calm, super friendly, and comforting, taking pre-procedure stress off and helping to relax. In the op room I felt the same friendly attitude before quickly falling asleep :) Post-op was very smooth and comforting as well. Special thanks to Nelsa - my pre- and post-op RN - who prepped me for the procedure.
