I was told that the next appoint was in mid November. I told the receptionist that I really did not feel well and needed it sooner. There was nothing she could do. I am so disgusted, if I'm calling to come in for other than a physical, it means that I am really sick. What kind of Doctor can not fit in sick patients. I am very disappointed and no longer recommend this office. I asked to have my records, I was told when I find a new Dr. I will need to sign a release. So insensitive and uncaring. I would have giving no stars if it was an option. I am in the medical field and stat add on patients are part of the job.

I had an awful experience with the physicians assistant Barbara. She wasn't rude, insulting and was…read moremocking me. I told her after weighing me to not tell me my weight since I have body image issues and don't like to focus on my weight number since it can be upsetting for me. That was the first sign of disrespect. Then she starts mocking my beliefs and morals that are linked to my diet. I tell her I suffer from anemia. She acts like she doesn't believe me and "how could I know that" my previous doctor diagnosed me with it? She then tells me that I do have it and starts telling me I'm malnourished. I asked her for advice on what to eat and she just starts listing things that I already eat. I tell her I'm depressed, have trouble sleeping and she offers no help other than "try Prozac" with a laugh. She then says I'm social and have friends so I'm fine. Completely disrespectful. She asked me if I was sexually active and before I could answer she just said no and writes that down. I tried to explain that wasn't the case but she didn't believe me? Or didn't take it seriously? It was so uncomfortable. I had a lot of concerns and questions about my health and when I tried to ask she cuts me off and tells me "I have other patients" and ended the appointment. What the hell. Don't go to her. My family sees other doctors there and are fine but don't go to Barbara.

I saw them for my annual physical and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Then, I went back for an illness last week and again, was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The nurses and doctors are excellent. I felt like they really listened to everything I had to say and took the time to get all of the information needed in order to make an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.

I signed in and was then ignored; did not acknowledge me did not ask to see my id or insurance card -nothing. Figured I'd wait and see once they get thru the sign in list they'll call me to complete paperwork. I waited 35 minutes. Mind you, you are asked to arrive 30 minutes before appt time, which I arrived 35 minutes before. After waiting 35 minutes, my appointment time came up and I approached the desk to ask if I would be seen by nurse practitioner. I got blank stares and asked who are you and did you sign in? Really ?! I've been a patient with this practice for close to 20 years! Yes -I stated, I signed 35 minutes ago! I have an appointment! More blank looks from staff. Could not care less and then they were flustered. Long story short after waiting another 30 minutes I informed the front desk -"Do I have an appt because I've now been waiting an hour. My appointment was half an hour ago. Also two other patients before me also complained they were left waiting more than 45 minutes before. Totally unprofessional disoriented disorganized staff. Unfriendly and uncaring. If they were overbooked then some indication of the delay should be acknowledged. I wasted half my day, took time off work to get there 35 minutes before my appointment. I walked out without being seen, exasperated after not being acknowledged at all and did not wait any longer to see (not even the doctor) but a nurse practitioner. Very rude and no communication or compassion from any of the front office staff, apparently I was invisible to them. My time is valuable and this office does not seem to be customer oriented at all. Never going back-don't waste your time. They just lost 3 patients. Myself, my husband and my son. Would not recommend, stay away.

The waiting room was empty which i loved because I didn't have to worry about us catching any germs! They also had a beautiful fish tank that my daughter enjoyed. No in-depth discussion of his GI tests results, no questions answered, no plan, and she whisked out of the room quickly. I'm an RN and will never recommend this MD; it seems as if she ordered multiple testing to rack up charges for her business. This is NOT medical care. Seems as if the sales reps like her though; she recommends the MOST expensive medication as the first drug of choice for a relatively common GI condition.
