He deliberately told his staff not to take me, and I was standing there, waiting in tears for somebody to take my blood with my cup of urine, and they ended up not doing it and just pushing me off until I finally had to leave because I had to take my medication, which I advised of them, and they just kept taking people who came after me He said he didn't see me in the hallway, which is impossible because I was standing right there looking at him while all the seats were taken. This was the worst experience and I don't recommend anybody going here simply because of Rafael. I felt harassed and extremely mistreated by him, and his staff just kept looking at me and calling the next person, knowing that I was here for over an hour just standing there waiting.. they went as far as to ignore me, and when I went to Rafael and said who do I ask when I can go, he said anybody.. never returning here thanks to him. LabCorp should not hire staff like this

From the point of admission through surgical preparation The Nursing staff, support personnel, and anyone who dealt with me were pleasant, caring, and concerned for my comfort, and all of my needs were addressed with a smile. The physical Therapists were very cheerful and extremely encouraging of my efforts right from the start. The enviornment at Bayshore was clean, quiet and peaceful, with minimal intrusions on my sleep or quiet time. The food was good and was promptly and cheerfully delivered. One will do blood draws and another will call you up to confirm the information you've already confirmed on the kiosk, for who know what reason. If the one at the computer has an issue the blood draw one will drop everything and they'll both scratch their heads over it for like 10 minutes. If there's two people ahead of you, prepare to wait 45 minutes. Avoid if you can.
