I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

This was the worst experience and I don't recommend anybody going here simply because of Rafael. I felt harassed and extremely mistreated by him, and his staff just kept looking at me and calling the next person, knowing that I was here for over an hour just standing there waiting.. they went as far as to ignore me, and when I went to Rafael and said who do I ask when I can go, he said anybody.. never returning here thanks to him. So I suggest that you do NOT avoid this labcorp based on those old reviews. I gave it only four stars because there's a good chance that you will have to wait quite a time to get your labwork done because they are very busy. I personally did not have to wait long because I arrived strategically at 12:20, when they are actually closed for lunch, but I was first in line at their door. So when they re-opened at 12:30, I was the first to be taken (blood draw) and I was out the door 15 minutes later. You might consider doing the same because by the time 12:30 came around there were about 5 or 6 people behind me.
