Oooooh my god, these are some of the most decadent desserts you can find. And I hate that word…read more It's so cheesy. But their verrines, especially the s'mores one. So rich I felt a little sick after, but in a good way. I like to come here during the Civic Center Eats on Thursday, and frankly it's probably a good thing I don't live so close because I'd be going to the Bumblebee every day and I'd weigh about 100 pounds more than I do. Their little truck is adorable, the woman who works (maybe the owner, not sure) in it when it's at Civic Center Eats is totally friendly, and the desserts are perfect, if you like some serious f*cking sweets. I recommend them to everyone I know who has as much of a sweet tooth as I do.

A dessert food truck! An adorable one too. There should be more dessert food trucks. Both were very good and very rich, so rich that although the serving sizes were small, we didn't finish the treats the night we bought them. Fortunately, the treats were just as tasty two days later. The night that we stopped by, The Bumblebee was donating a portion of its profits to the Impact Fund, which made for an added treat. The desserts are a little pricey for their size, but given their high quality, they're worth it.

Carrera's Tacos is SO good and easily one of my new favorite spots!…read more From the moment you walk in, everything is easy and inviting. Ordering from the touchscreen kiosk is quick and straightforward, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely enjoy being there. The food absolutely exceeded expectations. The crunch wrap was completely out of this world--hands down one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. We also started with chips and dips, which were fantastic and the perfect way to kick off the meal. And of course, the Mexican sodas were a must! They also have a really fun drink selection that makes the whole experience feel a little more special. One of the best parts was enjoying everything out on the patio. On a beautiful day, it's such a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy amazing food. Great food, great drinks, great people, and a great atmosphere. 10/10--I'll absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

Stopped by recently and unfortunately the food didn't live up to my previous visit…read more Food: We ordered the loaded chicken nachos, chicken tacos, and al pastor tacos. The chicken in both the tacos and nachos had a slight smell, which made them hard to enjoy. The al pastor tacos were decent (around 3/5) but nothing standout. Vegetarian options: They do offer cauliflower tacos, which is a nice option for vegetarian/vegan diners. Service: Service was quick and efficient, no complaints there. Ambience: The place has a nice relaxed boho vibe, which makes it a pleasant spot to sit and hang out. Overall, the food quality seems to have declined compared to a year ago, which was disappointing.

TLDR: Unprofessional, not very gracious with mistakes and disorganized in the proposal process…read more I reached out to TBD Foods in the last week of September 2025 for a wedding in Denver in August 2026 after working with him in 2018. I am from Denver but live in CA currently and am planning from afar. Sent an incredibly detailed inquiry with day-of event timeline by hour, menu ideas, location (just a few blocks from their prep kitchen) and a bit about the event. Received two separate responses from he and his wife, Holly, seeking details already provided in my initial inquiry like guest count, location, time. Sent several emails back and forth clarifying capabilities, menu ideas, rentals etc. and finally had to set up a call in October (initiated by me after many proposal mistakes) to align. There was constant confusion regarding the style of the event and rentals - TBH, the many proposal revisions due to their mistakes maybe should have been the hint this might not be the best fit. But we went ahead! Terrence was late to the call on October 15 but let me know ahead of time and I genuinely didn't have an issue with it. After aligning, I paid $100 to have a menu tasting on Monday, December 22 when my husband and I would be visiting Denver from CA. So, this is a tasting that has been on the calendar for at least a month. When we arrived at our tasting (after confirming via email the week before and day of) 15 minutes before (6:45p) the scheduled time of 7pm, Terence is irate. Mistakenly, the event in my calendar was in PT (since we live in CA) instead of MT. He says that he refuses to serve us because we have "disrespected him and wasted his time and he has a 4-month-old at home." He continues to say that we are disorganized and lack care and that in addition to not offering a tasting, he will not put in the effort to cook for our wedding after how we've treated him. We are SUPER apologetic - this is something we've spent money on, confirmed via email and have been looking forward to. When asked why he didn't call to check on our arrival time, he said he "doesn't have my phone number. And you confirmed with Holly so that should have been enough." Because I filled out an entire inquiry on their website and spoke with him personally to schedule this tasting, it's BUCK WILD to say that you don't have my number and think sending an email is problem solving enough. We would have literally hopped in the car and been there in 15 minutes had we been given the courtesy of a phone call. All of this to say, we made a mistake, were very apologetic and were treated super rudely and given no tasting despite paying. 0/10 for TBD Foods.
