Both of these things are completely inappropriate to say to any 16 year old girl regardless of context. This is a non-religious camp which no information anywhere about a certain dresscode nor was her bikini remotely inappropriate from a parental perspective. I do not want my daughter to believe her worth is based upon the clothing she wears or that anyone can tell her she has no self respect. What I wanted to be a fun experience for my daughter turned into a tragic, disrespectful experience.

After I took the weekend class, I knew I couldn't do my underwater dive unless I got more practice with the skills. Chris was more than happy to let me come practice a few more times before I did my open water dives. He asked Siede to work with me one on one and that really helped me relax and feel more confident. Siede was kind and understanding and gave me lots of great tips that helped me feel more in control of the experience. At the end of my second open water dive, I not only felt like I could dive but that I was excited about doing it. I am really looking forward to doing more diving.

It's an incredible amount of information and tasks to complete in the time that we had, and he kept us to the schedule and got it done. More than just getting it done, he took the time to give each student one on one time, and addressed all questions and concerns. There was lots of additional help that was there for safety and for basic instruction as well. Kevin, other Chris to name a couple were awesome and very helpful. If you tend to be a bit on the cold side, definitely recommend a thick wetsuit for the pool because it can be a little chilly in there. Overall the class was a blast, and so much fun to do with friends as well. 10/10 would recommend! I can't wait to do my open water!

I have found with most dive shops yes they care about you as a diver but ultimately they want to sell you gear and make a sale, however with Underwater Antics your not getting talked into buying something you don't need or being pressured into purchasing anything, you can completely tell that the owners Tim & Cheryl really just want to share the underwater world with others and do so in a safe and most affordable way possible. I would definitely recommend this dive shop and will only be using this dive shop for all my scuba diving needs.
