When I went up to the front desk to ask about it, the older blonde lady got an attitude with me & said "well I asked & no one spoke up." I told her I was up bowling & my boyfriend had walked away. She rolled her eyes, huffed & went to get me a new beer. The 2nd time, it was a busier night but the bar server sat & talked with the tables around us & never came to our table. Then my boyfriend walked up to her & handed her his card & asked for another round but to then cash him out. She walked around with his card for about 30 mins. When I went & asked her what was taking so long, she said they were waiting on my drink but didn't bring his card back until my drink was ready, which was another 15-20 mins. The last time, it was not busy at all, again the bar server never came & asked if we needed anything. She sat behind us & scrolled on her phone for 20 mins, then went & talked to the kids 2 lanes down. My boyfriend went into the bar to get drinks & thr bartender told him they were "short staffed". When we went to leave, I went into the bar to close my tab & asked the bartender "are you guys short staffed today?" She said "no, we're actually really slow" I said "that's weird, cause we NEVER had a server come check on us." The bartender said "yeah, thats cause they're lazy & don't like to work". I stopped at the front desk & spoke to the younger, blonde female manager & let her know what took place. She asked what lane we were on & I let her know we were on lane 1 & she said "yeah, we've been having problems with the server in that area." I said "it's the dark haired, thicker girl" she just shook her head. I used to go to Richfield Lanes all the time when I was in my 20's & it has changed sooo much! I don't know if we will be back.
