We were not sure about the pizzas so we got two! :-) We decided on their pepperoni and their buffalo chicken pies. Both were absolutely delicious! I was trying to find a beer that I really enjoyed. My first was their higher ABV IPA. That was not bad but did not hit me. Next in line was their Porter, again not bad but not what I was looking for. I settled on the No Quarter ESB. It was good enough to bring some home! We enjoyed the live music, they were very good to hear! Will probably make another stop before we depart the area.

Kyle the bartender was friendly and patient (something that can be challenging for bartenders). Music was your typical small town Vermont bar, but mixed it up here and there. Don't get me wrong you will run into classic St. J characters.... But it is a big space so you can find your own corner. Got to speak with the owner Joanna and she was lovely! She is creating a space for everyone, and very strict on keeping out the riff Raff and is careful not to over serve to avoid problems and keep customers feeling safe. .....if you need a break past 9pm in St.J, I would give it a try!
