We called him back 1 1/2 hours later, no answer. We tried again 1 1/2 hours later, again no answer. A little later he called us back and SCREAMED AT US for calling him too much and then HUNG UP ON US (before we could even speak)!!! We had been trying to get our car in to have the paint touched up for the previous 5 MONTHS!! Each week he would say "Call me at the end of the week" and then would tell us at the end of the week that he couldn't get us in. He continuously took in other cars ahead of ours and kept pushing us back. We kept trying, but eventually he wouldn't answer his phone (caller ID) so we left messages, but he never called us back. This is very unprofessional. Who treats a paying customer this way?? If you want to be treated this way, then do business with Mitch. If you would like to be treated respectfully, DON'T GO TO PAINTLESS DENT SHOP.
