His potatoes were good but his brussels sprouts were a slight disappointment. They basically had no seasoning whatsoever and tasted like mush. It would've been better have they boil them and then put them into a cast iron for a little bit to get a little bit of crisp on them. Overall for a hotel restaurant, we found the location to be convenient and decent food.
