I've been going to Tangles for about 5 years now. I was travelling to Chico to a different salon…read moreforever, because I'm kind of a hair snob, and didn't think you could get decent services in Colusa. I decided to try Tangles one day, and was helped by Sam, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. All the women are great, it's a great atmosphere, and as long as my girl Sam does hair, I'll be going to her. In fact, my entire family gets their hair cut there! Unlike many stylists I've gone to, Sam never gets sloppy, always keeps appointments, is always on time, and just does an amazing job. I would refer her to anyone. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I get my hair done at a fraction of the price I've paid in the city, and the quality is just as good. I have also had up-do's for social functions done by Cuca Ferriera, who is also great. I've had the spray tan services as well, which are flawless every time. Thumbs up for Tangles. A great salon tucked away in our little town. :)

Would not recommend, I had originally book my appointment for 4 got there earlier and she had already had a Client in her chair said she would be done soon and she wasn't. I didn't get into the chair until 7 and didn't get out until 9 almost. Didn't come out to what I wanted. Asked for almond and said she didn't do almond or didn't know how to do it. The vibe from it was nice except it was messy and the floor was disgusting with glitter all over the floor. It was nightmare from hell. When my mom asked an explanation the girl started yelling at my mom.
