Bell was absolutely AMAZING and I will definitely be requesting her when I go back. I went for the first time tonight with a friend, they got us in quickly and sat us together. We did the spa 5 pedis with gel polish and I am so happy we did! I am a mom of 4 who has neglected my feet for years lol, it just gets hard to do things for yourself like this when you're so busy raising kids. But tonight was wonderful and I will be going back for more services for sure. I really loved my experience here very down to earth keeping it real. Love the mixture between of R&B music. This was my go to spot since a moved here 2 years ago. I always got a full set of acrylic nails. I loved how they made the nails look like my own nails. I don't like going to everyone because some nail techs make my nails and hands look fat. Which did not look right due to me and my hands being very petite. I do not come here anymore due to no loyalty. The last time I made an appointment for a fill something came up so called two hours in advance to ask to reschedule for a later time or find some way to make it work. They said they were booked so I told them I will make it but just be max 10 mins late. They said okay, I called while I was on my way 3 mins late and told them 2 more mins I was at the light. They said fine I walked in and they already took someone else. I understand appointment times but I was completely transparent and communicated every step of the way and was told it was fine. I always tip $10+ to show gratitude and I was treated like a dime a dozen. I am also a business women and the loyalty and sense of community is important. In which if your looking for that not here. With that said I did like the service before this experience so I will still give a fair 3 stars. read more

While my nails are great I didn't appreciate the technician talking about my nail size to a fellow tech as well as mentioning it to me twice. I felt that was just unnecessary and very unprofessional. My mom and I love going to get our nails done together and it had been over 3 weeks since our last manicure so we were due! We didn't have an appointment but we were seated with available nail technicians within 5 minutes of walking in. The two ladies that took care of us- Bell and Linda- were so sweet. Linda was super gentle and caring with my mom & took extra care trimming her nails. Bell did a fantastic job on my dip manicure. Such an amazing experience. The Pedicure was so relaxing with Tho! (I think that was his name. I am so sorry if I got that wrong.) He made sure the stones were warm and constantly checked in with the pressure on my feet/legs. My full set was done by Bell, I believe (Again, so sorry if that is wrong! ). Absolutely beautiful. I made an 11am appointment on a Friday. When I pulled into the parking lot, there was only one spot left, and it's a decent sized lot. This place is clean and the smell isn't too overwhelming of chemicals. I got there and every pedicure chair was full. I waited for 15 minutes to be seated and then my technician was there within a few minutes. Two people walked in with no appointment a few minutes after me and ended up getting seated about 2 minutes after me. This was very irritating as I'm not sure what the purpose of scheduling an appointment a week in advance is?? This was place does NOT honor appointments by making sure you get seated right away. My technician was nice and checked in on my multiple times about the water temperature and pressure of the massage which I appreciated. However, she went really deep and hard on my cuticles and I ended up bleeding. And now, the day after, my toe is all swollen and I can't walk on it without being in pain. This is extremely disappointing after paying $55 for a pedicure. I gave this place an additional star for its cleanliness and the options for pedicure type and color, as well as the technician checking in. However, not honoring appointments and being in pain from my pedicure the next day makes this place not a top choice for me. read more

Pricing higher than other salons which is okay if the service quality and customer service warranted it. Set was done in about 30 minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if I got ring of fire under my nails once this set came off as it burned when he was using the tool. Shaping on most of the nails is uneven and not uniformed - some pointy and some over-filed. When looking at the inspo picture, should've done the pink layer first and then the sparkle on top and the set is gold not silver. Very busy salon and they will hurry you through your set. Benefit of the doubt that it's a bad experience with acrylics and maybe it was the tech. Went in two days later with a friend for pedicures. Pedicure could be better, just a gentle rub and no massage but could've been worse. Asked for help to uniform the nail shape and remove the color to his paint it solid and the shop was too busy so ended up filing it out myself during my pedicure. Not a confrontational person and I won't push back at you as I feel you'd either accommodate or not or provide service to the best of your ability or not. I don't think someone needs to be directed and will provide service as they choose. Personally wouldn't return to the salon and won't recommend to others in my life. read more

I have been going to Bamboo Nails for about 6 months and I absolutely love the staff there, Lisa is my nail tech of choice, and she knows how to make the whole experience epic! I have very tiny nails and nail beds and my nails are very thin and fragile but she knows exactly how best to care for them. I do dipped and go every three weeks, only very rarely do I break a nail and that's usually because I wait too long between fills. Her pedi's are awesome as well and I usually get one every other month. Ask for the hand massage, OMG! I have arthritis in my hands and when Lisa massages my hands and forearms it feels like heaven!!
