She knew it was my first time, so she treated me with special care. She trimmed my ugly toenails and made them beautiful. The leg, ankle and foot massages were amazing! I'm pretty picky about my cuticles, though. I like when they take their time and really clean them up, especially around the sides. Some of the technicians do a better job than others -personally, I've noticed the guys tend to do a really good job with this. The ladies are okay too, but I'm definitely more particular about the details. I'm also picky about how the polish is applied. I like my nails to be neatly painted, with clean edges and good coverage. Overall, I've had some really good experiences here, but the quality can depend on which technician you get.

I love 'doticure' designs and she does fantastic. Even as the nails grow out, they don't catch on my hair/clothes on the cuticle side like I've had happen with other nail techs. When I arrived, I reminded the nail tech that I was there for a dip manicure. It appeared that she was the only employee working at the time and there were no other customers. From the moment I sat down, she never greeted me or spoke a single word. Mind you, she was the one I spoke on the phone with. She didn't ask what nail shape I wanted and simply placed a few color options on the table and tapped them. The entire experience felt very awkward and uncomfortable. When she began removing my previous dip, she wrapped my nails in foil with alcohol twice and then used the drill to remove the rest. I get dip manicures every 2-3 weeks, so I'm familiar with the process, but the drill speed was extremely high and began burning my nails and cuticles. It hurt enough that I was repeatedly flinching and pulling my fingers away. Despite this, she never acknowledged it or checked in. She then began filing my nails very aggressively and filed so hard that my cuticle started bleeding. I pointed it out to her and said "I'm bleeding," but she still didn't respond or acknowledge it. At that point I almost left, but decided to give the service another chance. She did eventually slow down and finish the set. After washing my hands, I noticed my pointer finger was missing powder and asked her to fix it, which she did. I paid, tipped, and left because I just wanted to get out of there. However, a few days later my cuticles are still damaged and sore, and I'm very unhappy with how the service was handled. The lack of communication, the painful drilling, and the aggressive filing made this one of the worst nail experiences I've had. I didn't get the technician's name because she never spoke during the appointment, but she appeared to be the only employee working until another male employee arrived around 5 PM, so it should be easy for management to identify who it was. I'm leaving this review so others can be aware and hopefully the salon can address the issue.

Salon is nice, clean, and remodeled. I've gone to multiple nail salons I was not impressed to any local salon. After trial and error I finally found this hidden gem. I received a hard gel manicure and they truly met my expectations. My hard gel manicure stayed on for nearly six weeks while mainting natural nail growth! Lasted my whole trip in Mexico. Needless to say I will be back.
