AWFUL. Pictures provided as proof. As I type this I am deeply regretting not just waiting for an appointment at Trihn Nails (right down the street) and settling for this place. Now I have to fix these atrocious nails at home after paying to get them done here. Spend your money at Trihn Nails, not here. These people are rude and I don't even think they finished my nails because they were in a hurry. Don't tell people you allow walk-ins then treat us like crap. As you can see in the photos, my nails were lumpy and uneven when they should be smooth on the top. You can also see file marks on the tops. They are also no where near the length I asked for (I have provided a picture of what I originally asked for). The tops aren't even either!! They're slanted! This place should go out of business my god. I don't even think they're certified. Also, the lady kept hurting me really bad when she was filing. She was just rough, rude and in a huge hurry. Go somewhere else Update: also, since the owner, Du V, likes to come on here and review his own nail salon and say that people are lying about coming here and making fake reviews, I made sure I checked in and provided photos so that you can save yourself time and money and not come here. read more

Vince and Anna are a great team and are always always respectful to all clients. If you come here you won't be disappointed. Worst gel manicure in my life I want to cry. No wonder this place wasn't busy like everywhere else. Terrible lines for my French tips- too thick,edges not connected. You could still see the scrapes on my nails. Too many bubbles. Oh and absolutely no prep work on my cuticles- didn't use cuticle oil or snippers. ‍ don't make same mistake I did. I've been going here on and off over the years whenever I feel like getting my nails done, and I've always had a good experience! The gentleman and lady who work here do a good job. I've been to some other nail businesses before where they are rough and hurt you, one place even caused me to bleed once, but I have never had that problem here. Their prices are comparable to other businesses in the area, and I've never had any problems with my nails. They've never chipped or fallen off on me, they always stay on and last for a long time. I am very pleased with the service. I didn't have to make any prior appointments. They just welcomed me and asked me to have a sit and started doing my nails. He engaged me in a friendly conversation the entire time and I really liked the way my nails were getting prepped step by step for the lovely design. I just love, love, love the design and am getting so many compliments! One of the nails got a little chipped and one started peeling off almost after a week so I went there again and asked for the fee for that one nail. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they didn't charge anything for things like that. He went through all the nails and re-touched up all of them free of charge!! I just couldn't believe it! I have found the right place to get my nails done. read more

This place does not deserve any stars at all!!!!!!! I went today to have my nails done and the lady wouldn,t listen to me, she did them how she wanted to not how I wanted them done then when I got home I started looking them over and it looked like the tips were too small for my nails so the nail was gapped so bad that I could stick another nail between my own nail and the acrylic nail so I went back and the man tried to fill the gap with super glue after i told him I had washed dishes and there was water between them. He removed the nails and blamed it all on me and then only gave me $20 back out of the 25 I paid for them!!!!!!!!!! My nails are sore he burnt me several times and was extremely rude!!!!! read more

Just bad... I got my nails done yesterday and they are uneven, one is chipped (although I paid extra for gel nails which I was told will last a lot longer), and you can see the white part of the acrylic when they were suppose to be covered with blue nail polish. This place is great!! Granted, there are no frills, or hot stone massages, but I got a nice pedicure at a fantastic price ($20!!). I was in and out in less than an hour, and the owners (husband and wife, I think) were just so friendly and conversational. I will definitely be back. read more
