OK! I usually NEVER write reviews, especially bad ones! Buttttt I got my nails done yesterday and the worker was SO rough AND RUDE!! I even asked for someone else to do them and he said "no!!". Then I was looking at colors and wanted to get a chrome polish, but they didn't have color swatch examples so I wasn't sure, especially because a lot of the colors looked the same. They seemed annoyed. Then the guy apparently did it wrong and had to redo it and SCRUBBED my fingers! SO hard!! Thennnn when I checked out, I asked to speak with the manager and was told "they aren't here, what is the issue?!" I explained the situation and they didn't really say much. So I left! But I was super irritated with the way I was treated!! I've never experienced that EVER before!!! Soooo I called back to ask what the guy's name was that did my nails. They stumbled around and then said they don't speak English. I then asked who the man was. They said "there's a lot of men that work here!" I asked what the guys name was. Again!! That did MY NAILS!? To the management at Infinity Nail Bar in Yuba City, I was extremely disappointed and surprised at the customer service I received at your nail bar today. My mom and I went in for two mani/pedi's and from the start I was treated with animosity and disrespect by Hannah. From the beginning she had attitude with me when she asked me if I wanted something to drink. She gave me the menu and when I asked her what the "Cayman Jack" was, she responded with "I don't know!! Which one do you want?" Then after already declining gel on my pedicure 3 times, she proceeded to ask me AGAIN if I wanted gel to which I responded again, no. She then asked me why I didn't want it. As a paying customer, I should not have to explain to you why I don't want it. Especially if I have already told you 3 times previously that I didn't. It is none of her business. Another time I thought she wanted me to put my foot in the water and when I went to put it in she grabbed my foot and said "NO! LEAVE IT OUT!" In a very rude tone. Finally, when she was almost done with my pedicure she went to pull my leggings down (which were tight). I could tell she was struggling to pull them down so I tried to help her. I was shocked when she then physically smacked my hand and said "NO! I WILL DO IT! LET ME DO IT!" To physically smack a paying customers hand away when all I was trying to do was help her, is outrageous. I then said "okay!" But she then continued to struggle so eventually I just told her again that I would do it. My mother and I spent $239 in total at your salon today and we received terrible customer service. One girl asked me what happened and I explained to her what happened and all I was offered was an apology. We did not get a discount or anything and Hannah never apologized to me. We will not be returning. The service here was shocking to say the least. read more

Second time going here. First time got gel x nails and they fell off within a week. Second time going I got just a pedicure because I thought how hard can a pedicure be to mess up. They were rude and hurt me a lot and even made me bleed on one toe. I try not to complain so I didn't say anything just as long as my nails looked good. Nice vibe inside, very clean and new. Everyone else was offered drinks except us and we paid above the $40 service minimum for drinks. Basic pedicure was $38 + $15 for gel. My gel manicure was $38 for total of $91. My pedicure was perfect. The dude that did my manicure was rough and he didn't paint all the way down to the tip so don't think they're gonna last long. Earlier during the service, I told her I did not want long nails. She responded "why" and I told her because I use my hands a lot and prefer shorter nails. She used that information against me by saying she wasn't going to put diamonds because it would fall off since I work a lot. I just said "ok" and was disappointed that the appointment ended that way. The services cost $180 and I did not even get a full set with diamonds. I just left Infinity Nail Bar and I have to say this has been hands down the best pedicure I've had in the Yuba area in a long time. I've been to dozens of nail salons in the area and this place out does them all so far. I got the infinity signature pedi and every time I thought they were done they weren't. This is by far the best and cleanest nail salon in the 530. They consistently offer the best cuticle care, attention to detail, reflexology massages, and pedicures. Guests are offered cocktails/drinks and the salon is always very clean from the seats, tables, sterile bagged tools, to the floors. Techs take their time and use alcohol/bleach regularly. This is my favorite and go to salon for pedicures but they also offer dip powder, structured gel, eyebrow lamination/tint/microblading and are working on opening scalp massage/care. read more

I went in on a Sunday at noon, I did have an appointment for a pedicure. I took my 7 year old daughter also. I could tell as soon as we walked in they were short handed but they seated my daughter immediately to paint her nails. They never once told me to take a seat in the pedicure area. The gentleman who painted my daughter's nails was very pleasant and took about 20 minutes. While I sat with her as she's getting her nails painted another female client walks in and gets seated immediately in the pedicure chair. Never did any of the nail techs acknowledge me or my waiting. Once my daughter was done I immediately went to the front register to pay. And if still they didn't acknowledge my pedicure appointment and made an excuse saying the woman had an appointment before me but she got there 15-20 minutes after me. I understand being short handed but not acknowledging a customer and servicing others after getting there is poor customer service. read more

So I decided to try a new nail salon yesterday and I had seen Infinity Nail Bar had a LOT of great reviews so I figured I'd try them.. Oh my gawd !!! I felt very welcomed when I walked into their stunning salon and Trish did my nails and they are by far THE BEST nails I have had in 17 years of going to different nail salons around here. I have very big ugly hands and all of these years I have walked around with thick (fake) nails and had no idea they could have a thin coat of stuff and actually look like REAL nails. Today thanx to Trish, I am walking around PROUD of my nails. She also put a little wax on my face (peach fuzz) & brows and she did such a better job than the last place I went. AND !!! I also had a pedicure and Bon did a WONDERFUL job !!! They speak great English, which is a huge plus when having services done !!! I am so frickin happy I went there yesterday and I DEFINITELY plan on going back !!! If I could give a 10 stars out of 5, I would !!! The service was GREAT and the prices were GREAT. All salons are expensive now but you definitely get what you pay for at Infinity !!! Even my boyfriend said my nails & toes looked great and he never notices anything. I recently moved to YC and started looking for a nail salon. Excited to have found Infinity Nail Bar, until today, my 3rd visit for acrylic fills. My first visit was wonderful with tech Lee, she did a great job and was very nice, patient and had great technique. My 2nd visit was with Mi, also very sweet and had great technique. The salon has a different approach with assisting customers where you may have 2 or more technicians working on you but since I felt they were all good I was fine with it. The salon is very pretty and reasonably quiet which I really appreciate as I go to have my nails done for numerous reasons one being a place to go to relax and be pampered. My 3rd visit was today with a preplanned appointment at 11:00 am. I had no idea what technician I was going to have but felt based on my prior visits, everything would be just fine. I arrived 5 minutes early, no one greeted me but I knew to check in on the iPad at the desk which I did. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told to take a seat at a station who belonged to "Trish". 15 minutes passed and no one spoke to me to apologize for the wait. I thought, no big deal, they're busy so I waited. Finally a girl seats herself at the station I was sitting at and started to remove my old gel polish. No conversation as to what I wanted, so I proceeded to explain. She completed the removal, filled my nails then told me to sit and wait for the acrylic to dry. (Never had been told before but I waited patiently). The tech gets up to assist another customer with a pedicure in the other room. There I sat again waiting for her to return. Ok at this point I started to get a little annoyed but didn't say anything. I had broken off the end of my index finger nail so she said she would trim the others down to match which was fine by me. She proceeded to take out a heavy nail clipper (the size you would use for pedicures) to cut down all my nails to be the same length. This means of "trimming " hurt and the first few I didn't say anything until she cut my thumb nail, that one really hurt. She didn't apologize and try filing or drilling them down shorter, she kept doing it and when I told her it hurt she said "you're a big baby"! She repeated this twice. Shocked by her rude comment I said "excuse me, I don't appreciate being called that". Perhaps I was a bit sensitive, I had just had a deep cleaning on my teeth the day before, lots of injections in my gums and the Sunday before I went to the emergency for my heart issues and given multiple IV's and medication to stop my heart and restart it, so I had been through a lot this week. I told her to please finish my nails but I will not be returning. Our conversation was remained polite but strained after this. A few other impolite words were said to me but I won't mention those because this review is long enough already. My final words will be, if you decide to go here, be aware you may get multiple people working on you and their customer service skills could use some improvement in my opinion. I will not be returning to this salon. read more
