This place had such bad reviews previously that I never gave it a chance. However, I started going to Tracy at another salon and followed her here :) Tracy is the only person in our area that doesn't tell me that she can't do what I've asked on look at me like I'm crazy when is how her a trendy Pinterest-y design. I love 'doticure' designs and she does fantastic. Even as the nails grow out, they don't catch on my hair/clothes on the cuticle side like I've had happen with other nail techs. Prices are pretty standard for a nail salon in our area. read more

They always super friendly and are gentle with my feet. They don't scrub too hard and leave cuts. It's always a relaxing atmosphere.

Horrible experience!!! I don't know where to start....ugh. did a horrible job on my French then tried to say it's because I didn't get gel. I'm like ummmm No! Cause I get it all the time and never had gel. Then in there own language talked hella shit. I'm like please own your sloppy work. I paid top dollar. Because I spoke up. Then it gets worse. Then a 2nd paint job.....please beware!!!! Not once did they apologize. read more

My nail beds hurt, so does my cuticle where she went around and nicked my pinky. I have glue residue all over my nails and skin. I asked for coffin nails and they are crooked or bumpy. Idk what happened to my pinky at all. See the pictures for reference. From far they look good. One hand looks more normal from top view read more

I have been going here for years, it is one of my favorite places to go when I need some "me time". They always take their time with me, and make me feel very valued as a customer. Everyone here is so nice and sweet and very professional. If you're looking for a great pedicure this is the place to go so relaxing! They're also very great at their other services they offer here. This is my newest set of acrylics and I am SO in love with them! read more

Didn't do a good job, not at all what asked for either! The guy was completely distracted by other customers & looked like he was working in a hurry. The other employee offered to fix them but I did not want to sit for another 30 mins after being there for a while already, I believe they should do it how we ask for it the first time. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for the last 6 years. I will be moving soon so I'll be sad and miss them for sure. I've gotten acrylic, full set, dip powder, gel manicure and a regular nail polish manicure as well as regular/gel polish pedicures. Since being a regular customer, I've noticed the good and the bad (most of the time the bad happens to be the customers that come in demanding, condescending and just outright rude). I've never had a problem when making appointments ahead of time and even when I happen to walk in, it's not terrible and you should expect some wait time especially if it's busy. I've had many different technicians work on my nails and they've all been friendly and made me feel comfortable. I wish I didn't have to go and start all over in finding a great salon! read more

My full set was ok and my pedicure was ok. They were ruff on my nail beds and cuticles but the nails were ok. Then when I went back for a fill they charged me for a full set. He did not remove my old nails just a normal fill, plus it was the same guy whom originally placed the full set. Then it was uneven lengths, the acrylic went under the tip. When I asked him to fix it he was upset and said well it's taking so long because he has to keep fixing! Let me be clear he said he has 6 years of experience but 1 hour and 45 mins for a fill on nails he did. Plus it was nothing fancy, French Tips!!!!!! $40 for a fill is OUTRAGEOUS!! Won't go back!! If I could rate zero I would! read more

I went here over a year ago and my daughter and I waited for like an hour. They are very rough on your nail beds. Also my nails broke the very next day. I gave them another try and came in by myself and they were rough again, different person than then the first time. They are very rude as well. Also I got the lemon drop pedicure the second time. So I gave it another try with my other daughter and they completely sucked. I asked for one lemon drop pedicure and a different pedicure for my daughter and they forgot the hot rocks and the lemon drop pedicure was completely different then when I got it the first time. Also they are still rough on my nails beds. This time they were fast and no wait f But still disappointed in how rough they are. read more

I left super happy with with my dip manicure, I didn't get his name but he did a great job! He listened to what I wanted and checked in with me frequently to see if I was satisfied. I had to wait about 30 mins but I didn't mind because I was a walk-in. Prices were fair and I didn't feel rushed although they were getting pretty busy towards the end of my mani. read more

I have no clue how this nail salon has such a high rating. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I feel like the guy who painted my nails wasn't even trained. There was no shaping or buffing, just a quick file while I had a pedicure. I'm fairly certain a step was missed in the application of gel polishes as well. They clearly just wanted me out as soon as possible. They look worse than if I had done then myself. So utterly unprofessional. I am so disappointed. *After further reading these reviews, and noticing that there are 32 mostly crappy "not recommended" reviews I think is safe to safe that there is something really fishy with this business. I know yelp can't always be trusted but I've never seen this degree of f*ckery. Buyer beware. Don't go here. I wish I had researched further before wasting my money.* read more

Woman was nice but very rough who did my pedicure. The color was chipping within a week. Luckily, I had a similar color at home and have been touching it up though I shouldn't have to. I have tried many places and have been getting pedicures for a long time. I like to try new places out of convenience and just for fun. I may consider going back buy not any time soon. The place was busy with mainly with clients getting manicures. Maybe I happened to try it out on an off day? read more

Can't believe I have no wrote a review for this place! I stumbled upon this place when I was looking for a place to get a pedicure. The usual place I've been going were packed so I checked on Yelp and found Eva Nails and I have not stopped going back since. The owner and manicurist here are super friendly and their service is awesome! I never feel rush whenever I'm there and they take the time to make sure my pedicure on point. This salon is clean and they're located right across the street from the Yuba mall in its own little plaza with lots of parking. I make sure I come here to get my pedicure whenever I'm in town visiting. If you're looking for a great nail salon with awesome service and great prices, this is the only place to go! read more

This place is HORRIFIC!! save your money, time and energy take your business elsewhere. I'm not picky about my pedis, but a 2 year old would've done a better job than 3 alleged licensed "professionals" combined. 1 cut me the other attempted to make it better and last one was no improvement. Not very happy with my nails. Seemed rushed by an older guy who was giving the 'huffy breath' which basically means he was tired. Didn't seem too happy to do my nails, even though I walked in and no customers were there- except one! No interaction, just 'what color? what shape?' I mentioned ahead of time that my nails were sore, so as not to burn me with the sander. Well, I guess he had the sander machine on 'level 10 extreme heat bloody finger mode.' He burned my nail, sanded down my cuticles to nothingness, and caused me pain. What is it with these nail techs??! Do they learn in school to chew up customers nails?? TURN THE MACHINE DOWN! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Can I for once go into a calm, serene, clean, relaxing caring and gentle nail salon? What the ?? He put on about 5 gel coats of my polish color. The nail dryer is dirty. Yuck! The tables were dirty. Yuck! The floors were dirty. Yuck! After all that, he put on the real pointy tip on his machine and started sanding underneath my nails. Hello! I kinda need the skin there! Anyway, price was $3o for full set. Not bad. But since I need my fingers to be able to work, I think I'll pass on this place. Won't be back. Not super happy with my nails, but they'll do until I find a better salon. I'm ready to go get my own license and open up my own salon lol! There is something awfully fishy about a business posting photos of customers hands and speaking in first person, on behalf of their customers like " how great so and so is and how much they loved their nails"! Very wrong! Billy and Sue T are the owners who also own the ice cream shop next door. When I had a pedi done by Billy, he inquired how I heard of him. I said Yelp. He replied that he gets most of his business from Yelp and he strongly encouraged me and told other customers to leave a review. The whole time he was doing my pedi, he was ranting about customers leaving him bad reviews and accused them of being his competitors or of being unreasonable customers. He said " feet are dirty" to justify his prices. His prices are more than average by the way. I sat there for one hour hearing him complain about his job, his customers.... Not being able to relax whatsoever nor does it make me want to return! He was boastful and very arrogant to boot! read more

I went for a FILL and I was charged $35.00!!! I asked why when a full set was $28.00, I was told it was because I asked for glitter at the tips! Stopped in this morning to get a full set with gel. Giang immediately welcomed me with a big smile and got started. He chatted with me the whole time, about football, the weather, where we both used to live. He was so fun and it was such a nice change from most places where they just talk to each other in their own language. He was all about making sure I was happy with what he was doing every step of the way, and was done in no time. I was very happy with the work and the price. Can't wait to go back and have him do my fill. It isn't the fanciest shop, but it is definitely the friendliest one I have been in in a very long time. read more

Very slow place. Reasonable price for pedicure but some of the tech don't listen to what you want. Will only go back if I have to.

I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to Eva's Nail Spa. Yesterday, I walked in, asked for a gel manicure. I was barely acknowledged, was not given an approximate wait time, and was not offered colors to choose from. After sitting there for 15 minutes, two other women walked in asking for the same thing. Immediately one of the male technicians jumped up to assist them, showing them all the different designs to choose from, while still ignoring me. I walked out, drove across the street to Star Nails and Spa and got the gel manicure I was seeking. It was a great experience. I had been coming to Eva's fairly regularly, and was looking forward to making consistent nail care a habit. However, given the numerous nail salons, customer service should be #1 priority in such a competitive market. I have referred a few other customers to this place, but I will no longer recommend or use Eva's Nail Spa. read more
