At the side of lovely old country Worcester, sits the Dewdrop Inn. Not only a place for accommodation in the form of a hotel, but an overall stunning restaurant.
With a wide variety of starters, mains but a limited selection of deserts, this place offers a delicious range of delicacies for you to please your palate. I started with the oak smoked salmon starter, lovely, crisp, thin bread with salmon and capers and a variety of greens with some soft cheese. A great way to begin your meal.
Although the starters arrived quickly, the mains arrived a large 1 hour and 2 minutes after we were seated and had chosen our food. The only real reason this isn't a five star review. I had the pork cutlets with bacon and sauteed potatoes, featuring on the special menu.
With the warm chocolate brownie to finish, this desert was a treat to the mouth. Only slightly thin and a bit more flaky than other brownies. However this was a lovely end to the meal and night. Would recommend.
They coped very well with Covid regulations, spacing tables and the waiters and waitresses wearing masks and spacing accurately most of the time.
