This restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood. The ambiance is nice. It's well kept, and inside is clean. The restaurant is decorated well, nothing extravagant but nice. I will definitely spent time dining here. The people seem focused on providing best experience and service oriented. I have a request for the owners. I ordered the Penang Ribeye steak. I wanted to try a Thai steak, as I never had a Thai steak. I liked the sauce that was on the meat. But, even if you need to charge more; please make sure the steak meat is top quality. I really like your restaurant. I will return to try another item in the menu. However, I would be reluctant to try any of your ribeye item until I see consistent reviews from other patrons about the ribeye steak meat quality. read more

This is one of the best Thai places that I come in the northeast Pennsylvania area we got the. Massman curry and the katsudon. The second dish was basically fried chicken on top of egg on top of rice in a broth that was steamed in it all in the same pot. It was very heartwarming and nice on especially a cold rainy day. It just felt so warming and inviting the curry was a good amount of spice and hardiness, and the portions were also big. It had a great flavor so much so that I was drinking the curry after the rice had finished. We also got the pot tea, which is good too and the mango super ice mango sticky rice was like any other mango, sticky rice, mangoes recite the not as fresh, but that's too expected in the spring when it's not really mango season but the sticky rice. I have no complaints overall I definitely come here as my go to Thai Place. read more

Scranton.... The area you pass to get to Binghamton or other parts of upstate NY not to have amazing authentic Thai food, right?! Truly authentic Thai cuisine in middle of no where suburb Scranton neighborhood is worth the stop over and on repeat! Service is warm and welcoming but kitchen does get very overwhelmed when there are more than a few tables waiting for food so do not come here if you are hangry Ambiance reminds me of all the small mom and pop places we went to in Thailand. It's like walking into someone's living room/dining room to eat Mom's cooking. All of it on the menu are a must order but my fave is their Larb with sweet sticky rice on the side. They seem to run out of the sweet sticky rice so hope they continue to make more before they start service! read more

My girlfriend and I are visiting Scranton and decided to try some Thai food here. The quality of the food was the best we've ever had. My girlfriend had the Pas Thai with Miso Soup. Both were phenomenal, not only was the Pad Thai from scratch, but the Miso soup was as well. I had the Tom Yum soup with Penang Curry. Both dishes were phenomenal. We both chose chicken as our protein. Often this white meat chicken is kind of dry and chewy. Not here though, all of chicken was tender and delicious. The ambiance is okay. I'm six foot 1 and found the chairs and tables a little short and uncomfortable to get out of. Unfortunately the service was pretty slow. It appears they only had two people working, a bartender/waiter and a cook. Hopefully the addition of an extra wait person can improve the service. read more

Restaurant has a weird smell as you walk in. The music puts you to sleep. Service is slow. The fried Calamari wasn't detectable as you tasted more crispy batter than anything else. The pad thai was pretty decent an the duck was good. read more

The Destiny Thai Table is a bit of a hidden gem in West Scranton! We started with miso and tom yum soups- both were delicious and among the best we've ever had. Next, the Garden fresh roll (similar to a summer roll) was fresh and delicious. The chicken pot stickers were crisp and tasty. The pad Thai and crispy half duck were amazing, but the standout dish was the Thai pad kra pao beef. Highly recommend this BYOB. Quaint ambiance and delicious authentic Thai food. The dishes were all delicious- you could tell the food was all authentically prepared with fresh ingredients and spices The ambiance was wonderful, comfortable, new furnishings and decor. OMG! Found this little gem tucked away in the west Scranton Bryn Mawr neighborhood. Unlikeliest place to find a cool little restaurant. The menu was extensive and the food was awesome.
