She patiently waited with grace while i fumbled through online menu after online menu. I drove to the location and entered into a dining room half organized with chairs and tables and half used as storage space under a comforting yellow light. The food was prepared within 15 mins of me calling. Costs were a bit over $10. I first took a bite of the egg roll. Crispy with that signature soft interior to the dumpling wrapper. The filling was alright. I usually prefer a bit more bite to my egg roll. Certainly complemented the rest of the meal with the texture. The pork and vegetable was very good among the American Chinese food I've had. The pork had that distinctive american Chinese pork taste. Compared to other spots, this one was more tender. I appreciated it. The assorted vegetables (cabbage, snow peas, and water chestnuts) were perfectly cooked and added a pleasant variation to the tenderness of the pork. The rice was a fresh, delicious fundamental-maxed fried rice with pork. Perfect with the rest of the meal. This was a high-value meal. The chef specialty options are pretty impressive as they're a bit different than what you'd find in run on the mill Americanized Chinese places. Szechuan Seafood, Hong Kong Style Seafood Noodle, and other dishes are very tasty and portioned well. China Palace continues to season their food with great sauce work that sets the food apart from normal Chinese food. Looking forward to their crunchy noodle dish or shrimp with spicy red sauce in the future. Now that China Palace delivers I'll probably always order from here.
