This is my go-to, nearby Chinese rest. I'm usually a once a week customer. Always consistent, always good and always ready in 10 minutes (its like magic). This is one of the first Chinese takeout restaurants I tried when I moved here and still continue to frequent this place after 15+ years. Their steamed dumplings are filled with deliciousness and their veggie lo mein is great for sharing. I really like the chicken with garlic sauce and egg foo young for my main entree. Service is pretty quick and online ordering is super convenient. Just a heads up: I don't think you can eat in there and the parking lot isn't super big, so it can be a pain for pick up if it is busy. read more

TWO WORDS- SHRIMP TOAST! I order from Tin-Tin for delivery like once a month. I always order a massive amount of food and extra sauce and I am never dissappointed by the flavors. The portions are so massive and I am guarunteed to have leftovers for days. As far as the service goes, I never ate in the restaurant, I always either picked up or got delivery, but the staff are all accomodating and friendly. My sleeper favorite menu item is the shrimp toast- which is like fried shrimp triangles with sauce. It is to die for!!!! read more

Tin Tin is an ok Chinese restaurant. I would recommend taking out, not dining in, as their dine in area is a smidge cramped. They deliver, and 19 out of 20 times I've been satisfied by the food and the prompt delivery. Probably the best Chinese food in Scranton but you need to be sure to only take out delivery because once you walk in the store it's like a horror movie it may be the dirtiest place in the Western Hemisphere. I ordered to go and on the phone I was never asked how I was going to pay. The deliverer came and I gave him my card and he made it seem like it was my fault. He said "everyone pays with cash". I find that VERY hard to believe that everyone pays with cash. I had to call the restaurant back and give them my credit card information which is not a problem at all. The problem is how they treated me when I did that. I felt like they blamed me for their unprofessionalism. Not only did their service suck the wonton soup that I ordered was cold.
