From the moment I walked back to the chair they were trying to sell me on different services. Not what I expect from a dental office.

That being said, there seems to have been extensive office turnover in the last few months and not for the better in my opinion. It seems like the new dental techs are now also trying to run the front office and it just isn't working. On top of all that, Dr Graf has also brought on a second dentist who's chairside manner could use some improvement; he seemed very "pushy" and I just didn't think much of it. Any future work will be with Dr Graf or not at all. I'm very disappointed because last year I would have given them 5 stars in all areas. I'll give them another try in a couple of months and hopefully, things will have improved by then. If not, I'll be looking for a new dentist.

He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! Dr. G does excellent cosmetic dentistry. The front of one of my teeth chipped off, and he fixed it so well that my next dentist and hygienist were really surprised when they saw the x-ray and realized that tooth had been repaired!
