I had crunched in the back drivers side corner of my VW Eos in 2014 and sought out dent devils for the repair. The car was brand new to me (it's a 2010) and didn't even have a scratch on it prior. Everything seemed fine at first, and the email with the estimate I got said this verbatim "Here is what I came up with to properly repair your car as if it was my own. There might be a few other things like clips or one time use moldings but this should be the major things at are needed." This would lead any reasonable person to believe that the work that was going to be done on their vehicle is top notch, why would you do anything else for your OWN car, right? WRONG! First, I got my car back and a ton of error lights and messages appeared. I took it back to him and was told my VW (totally common manufacturer) was "too complicated" so I'd have to take it to the dealer to have all of the electronics reset. Money out of MY pocket for HIS screw up. Next, a bubble appeared in the paint. My husband took photos and was told he needed to bring the car in. So he did. Eddie's response was he hadn't done the "top notch" service because we didn't pay for it, so things like bubbles in the paint are to be expected. Are you FREAKING kidding me?! First of all the email I have says the car will be "properly repaired as if it's [his] own." Would you repair your own car and put bubbles in the paint? No. At no time did he offer us any service other than what we got, or any paint option other than what we had. My insurance paid for every penny of repairs so I had ZERO problem making sure it was all done, and done well. I am blown away by the audacity of this guy and we will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. What a joke. read more

I'd only had my new-to-me BMW for about a month when somebody dented my car in a parking lot. No note, just a long crease. I called and visited several shops and none wanted to do a paintless dent repair. It was either too much work or they just wanted to do an old-fashioned bondo and repaint. Our office has been really having bad luck with dent in the recent months so when I took my car, we had already taken two more vehicles to Eddie to bring back to life. Every time the work has been done accurately and with passion and flawless results. I stupidly scratched my beloved Black car while backing our of a tight underground parking spot, looked for somebody who can get her back to former glory without breaking my bank. Traditional body shops quoted upwards of $650 and a whole bunch of dent restoration places and auto detail places quoted anywhere from $100 to $300 without looking at the car, all of these from Yelp by the way, then I decided to call these guys although they are about 25 miles from me and I had to get a ride to and from there. Talked to the owner(his name skips the mind at the moment) and he explained, in detail, what he would do to get my baby back to her old self, most of which flew right over my head as it'd you. Anyways, found my ride and left the car over the weekend and for the quoted price, got the best job anybody could have done on her. Honestly, I could not pin-point the scratch on my car although I was the one who was the culprit, the fix was that good. Super happy with the work and highly recommended local business. Eddie is awesome! I took my 2013 Dodge Challenger in for him to repair a dent on the body line of the rear quarter panel about 6 inches from the edge of the door. Other places wouldn't even touch it and said it was impossible to repair, but Eddie was able to get in behind the panel and work his magic! I found Dent Devils (and many other places I love) because of fellow Yelp-ers. My experience was positive enough to change me from a lurker into a poster. After being deployed for 11 out of 13 months, I returned to my previously immaculate G37 to find two dings: one in the center of the driver-side door and the other squarely in the middle of the front passenger fender. Additionally, I had a small spider-web crack in the windshield that was worrying me. Eddie lists the ways to contact him in order of preference on his website. I was afraid he would be very busy (like most highly-rated places on Yelp), but he said he would be able to take a look at my car the following day -- just send a text before coming over. I was prepared to spend over $300 and leave my car for the afternoon, but the quote to repair all three blemishes was 50% of my expectation. Eddie is so personable that we just chatted like friends throughout the hour it took for the repair. It was as if I was watching a surgeon go to work -- with specialized tools and a practiced hand, the dents disappeared within minutes and the rest of the time was devoted to patient and meticulous smoothing of the affected areas. What an awesome experience I had. I called and sent Eddie pictures of a job previously butchered by someone else. In fact I had done exactly wad Eddie preaches against on his Facebook page. Eddie warned me repeatedly that unless I repainted the two body parts that were messed up that I wouldn't be happy. I was selling the truck and didn't want to invest into the "right away to do it" and begged him to instead try and blend the paint. I was warned not to expect much. I had a door ding on my previous flawless car, that not only bothered me, but also looked somewhat unsightly as this car is the top end of this manufacturer. Ignoring it was not an option, so I consulted and visited a variety of repair shops in San Diego all of whom indicated that attempting to fix it and paint the door panel wold not match the original paint. Price quotes I received were not that reasonable and there was no comfort that the work was going to be acceptable. So after a few minutes on-line, I stumbled across "Dent Devils," and decided to make contact. I explained what needed to be done and was asked to send him some images of the problem. I made an appointment and upon arrival, Eddie showed me what he would have to do and assured me that no painting or dismantling would be involved and that he would restore it to its original condition which is exactly what I wanted. The bad news was that Eddie pointed out three other dents that I had overlooked simply because the one that was my focus stood out over the other three. Suffice it to say that the quoted price was unbelievable, so I was sold and asked him for a time when the work could be performed. He had time after completing his current work on a truck which had roof damage that looked like it a brick size dent, which, in my opinion, would be better off with a new roof. After a couple of hours, I returned to the repair shop and saw first hand the repair he completed on the dented roof. I was amazed by the work Eddie completed on that truck which assured me that my dents would be repaired. I waited, watched, and my eyes popped, and my jaw dropped as he was doing his work because the dents disappeared. I fell in love with my car all over again. If you are the type of person who takes pride in your car and rely on it; you wash it and wax it, because it takes you to places in style; don't let it suffer with the dings and dents it never deserved in the first place. It was like magic - the nasty golf ball bent in my hood had disappeared! I had expected to be able to see at least some hint of the damage but there's not a sign of it! The other morning, I discovered that someone had hit my car in the parking garage and dented the bumper cover in. The dealership told me that all they could do was replace the entire bumper cover; the part alone was going to cost me around $600.
